Extended WarrantySecurity and optimum conservation of value for a bargain price: 24-month warranty for a low investment. The option to extend the warranty is possible up to the final acceptan-ce of your system, but not more than two months after delivery.
Service AssignmentMikron Service Solutions experts support you quickly and competently in the event of machine failures, for mainte-nance, change-over, or for the installation of a new system. Our mechanical, electronics and programming experts are available for your specific needs.
OverhaulingRestore the original quality and technical efficiency of your system.
•Overhaulingoftheentiresystem Your system will require an overhaul after several
years of operation to restore it to its original quality and efficiency. After a full analysis has been performed, the system will be either partially or, if necessary, completely overhauled and customized to your requirements. Upon request, the system will be updated with state-of-the-art technology.
• Spindleoverhaul For accuracy and the entire time your machine is in production: We overhaul and test all spindle types for all Mikron systems in our efficient Overhaul Service Center.

Preventive MaintenanceProactive actions reduce unproductive and unplanned downtime with preventive maintenance from Mikron Service Solutions. • Technical Evaluation - Efficient analysis of the system’s current condition. - The Mikron service technician will inspect your system on-site in 1 to 3 days. - You will receive a written report outlining the condition of the machine, as well as recommendations regarding maintenance and the replacement of worn parts.
• Service Agreements - With a Mikron Service Agreement, the functioning and precision of the system is inspected on a regular basis–customizedtoyourproductionvolume–for a fixed price. - Inspection and maintenance work is carried out according to a Mikron Service checklist in consultation with you. - Mikron Service Agreements offer a great way to minimize service costs, making it convenient for budgeting.
Teleservice - Regardless of the location of your machine, Mikron service engineers can check all the relevant machine status information in a matter of seconds. - Many problems can be corrected immediately with the support of the Mikron Service Solutions Teleservice. You save time and money. - Machine downtime is reduced. Our Teleservice is free of charge during the warranty period.

Training ServicesCustomer training courses at Mikron Service Center include the electrical, mechanical or CNC parts of your machines. You will receive a “Mikron Training Certificate”.
We will provide you with the necessary technical knowledge to: - optimally and efficiently use your system - assure flawless machining of parts - increase the durability of your system.
Training courses not customized to your system are not beneficial. That is why Mikron Service Solutions offers courses tailored to the requirements of participants and the machine configuration.

RetoolingAre you planning to change an application?
Retooling your existing system allows you to use the basis of the existing machine. You save the majority of the investment that a new system would require.
Mikron Service Solutions will prepare the system for the production of new parts. The necessary design work will be carried out by the Mikron team.
Experienced service technicians will implement the retooling on-site. Many of our customers combine a retooling with a system overhaul.
