MILANO UNIVERSITY SPORT TOURNAMENT – 31st May 2012 - 3rd June 2012

The 1st edition of the Milano University Sport Tournament MUST 2012 will take place in Milan, Italy, from the 31st of May to the 3rd of June 2012.MUST 2012 is a Tournament organized by CUS Milano A.s.d. in association with the Panathlon Club of University Committee.The following sport will be present:

Futsal (male and female)Basketball (male and female)Volleyball (male and female)Cheerleading Dance contestBeach Volleyball (male and female) – OPTIONALCross – OPTIONALTennis - OPTIONAL Rowing – OPTIONAL

The Tournament will take place at the PALACUS sport centre, the heart of all the University sport activities in Milan.

MUST 2012 is part of the Panathlon Student Tournament Tour, sharing place with the following o�cial Panathlon Student Tournaments: EuroIbiza, EuroESADE Barcelona, EuroValencia, Beirut Unisports Festival, and BEST Belgrade.All Panathlon Student Tournaments are governed within Panathlon International by the Panathlon Club of University (PCU) Committee, ensuring the best organizational standards and the accomplishment of Panathlon objectives on the recreational �eld by:

- promoting student travels from all over Europe and other countries to a central meeting point where students can experience di�erent

cultures and meet people;

- strengthening the union between students from di�erent universities within Europe and other countries;

- stimulating the fair play and practice of competitive sports among youths;

- organizing fun and recreational activities in Milan during the weekend;

- organizing Company Meetings with our business partners.

We are expecting 800 students from all over the world for a whole weekend full of sport, fun and parties.

HOUSING AND FEES

In order to receive all the participants to MUST 2012, four di�erent packs are provided: - TOURNAMENT PACK (80€) - APARTMENT PACK (135€) - RESIDENCE PACK (145€) - HOTEL*** PACK (160€)

TOURNAMENT PACK (80€)The TOURNAMENT PACK is suggested to all the participants who have an accommodation in Milan on their own.The tournament pack includes: - Registration to the tournament; - Transportation from the meeting point to the sport facilities; - Transportation from the sport facilities to the night clubs; - Breakfast* at sport facilities during the tournament; - Lunch* at sport facilities during the tournament; - Free Drinks at sport facilities; - Free entrance to "MUST be Spritz" Parties; - Free entrance to MUST 2012 Night Parties; - Free entrance to sport facilities; - MUST 2012 T-shirt; - Other special gadgets.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS: - BREAKFAST will be served at PalaCUS sport centre from 10:00 to 11:00. - LUNCH will be served at PalaCUS sport centre from 12:00 to 15:00. - A 3 DINNERS PACK including PASTA+SAUSAGE+SPRITZ/BEER/WINE can be bought adding 25€.

APARTMENT PACK (135€)The APARTMENT PACK is the �rst pack proposed to all the participants who need an accommodation in Milan during the tournament.The APARTMENT PACK includes the TOURNAMENT PACK plus: - Three nights accommodation at City Residence Milano, in 6 and 8 persons apartments; - Free transport from Milan railway station (Stazione Centrale) to the accommodation; - Free transport from the accommodation to the sport facilities.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS: - A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT of 20€ will be asked to each participant when checking-in. The deposit will be given back after apartment control when checking-out. - The APARTMENT PACK is available only for groups (6 or 8 people). - BREAKFAST will be served at PalaCUS sport centre from 10:00 to 11:00. - LUNCH will be served at PalaCUS sport centre from 12:00 to 15:00. - A 3 DINNERS PACK including PASTA+SAUSAGE+SPRITZ/BEER/WINE can be bought adding 25€.

RESIDENCE PACK (145€)The RESIDENCE PACK is the second pack proposed to all the participants who need an accommodation in Milan during the tournament.The RESIDENCE PACK includes the TOURNAMENT PACK plus: - Three nights accommodation at Campus Martinitt, in double rooms with private bathrooms; - Free transport from Milan railway station (Stazione Centrale) to the accommodation; - Free transport from the accommodation to the sport facilities.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS: - A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT will be asked to each participant when checking-in. The deposit will be given back after apartment control when checking-out. - BREAKFAST will be served at PalaCUS sport centre from 10:00 to 11:00. - LUNCH will be served at PalaCUS sport centre from 12:00 to 15:00. - A 3 DINNERS PACK including PASTA+SAUSAGE+SPRITZ/BEER/WINE can be bought adding 25€.

HOTEL*** PACK (160€)The HOTEL PACK is the third pack proposed to all the participants who need an accommodation in Milan during the tournament.The HOTEL PACK includes the TOURNAMENT PACK plus: - Three nights accommodation at ***Hotel Demo (www.hoteldemo.com) and ***Hotel Club (www.hotelclubmilano.com) in 2, 3 and 4 persons rooms with private bathrooms; - The two hotels located only 200m away from Milano Centrale Railway Station; - Room services available (consult the websites of the hotels) - Italian Breakfast (BREAD – BUTTER – JAM – HONEY – CHOCOLATE CREAM – BISCUITS – MILK AND CEREALS, COFFEE, FRUIT JUICES) at the Hotels; - Free transport from the accommodation to the sport facilities.

ACCOMODATION GENERAL RULES - On arrival rooms will be already assigned to each delegation. The participants of each delegation can then arrange themselves in the rooms as they prefere; - Each participant must provide a valid ID or passport in order to be registered at the selected accommodation; - If any participant willingly or negligently damages anything his/her university will be held responsible for the complete amount of the damage in�icted.

TRANSPORTS & TRANSFERS

AIRPORT-MILAN-AIRPORTThe transport from Milan airports and the city is not included. Organisation can book cumulative BUS tickets for each delegation.Each delegation must provide arrival and departure time in order to arrange the transfers.An organisation responsible will be present to welcome the delegations at the airports.

TRANSFER TO/FROM ACCOMODATIONThe organization will provide free transfer from/to the BUS station to/from the accommodation at the arrival/departure of the delegations.Delegations may be grouped in order to grant the best transport e�ciency.An organisation responsible will follow the delegations during the transfers.

TRANSFERS TO/FROM SPORT FACILITIESThe organisation will provide free transfers from/to the Sport facilities. Departures from meeting points to sport facilities will be scheduled according to the �rst game played by each delegation in order to grant the best transport e�ciency.All transfers will be done by BUS.

TRANSFERS TO NIGHT EVENTSThe organisation will provide free transfers from PalaCUS to night events.Departures from PalaCUS to night events will be scheduled according to the last game played by each delegation in order to grant the best transport e�ciency.Transfer from night events to accommodation WILL NOT BE DONE by the organisation buses.

TRANSPORT GENERAL RULES - No participant/team/delegation will be allowed to change the scheduled departure time; - If any participant/team/delegation looses the scheduled BUS they should organize their transfer BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION; - If any participant willingly or negligently damages anything his/her university will be held responsible for the complete amount of the damage in�icted.

DINNERS & NIGHT EVENTS

MUST BE SPRITZ PARTIES Every evening starting at 19.00 a dinner party will take place at PalaCUS sport centre.

DINNER MENU: - PASTA 5,00€ - GRILLED SAUSAGE 3,50€ - SPRITZ/BEER/WINE 3,50€ - ALCOHOLIC DRINKS from 4,50€ - 3 DINNERS PACK* with PASTA+SAUSAGE+SPRITZ/BEER/WINE 25,00€

* The 3 dinners pack is available only in combination with an accommodation pack.

LEAVING THE PARTIESStarting at 22:00 up to 24:00 all the delegations must leave the party (the departures will be scheduled according to the last match played by each delegation) in order to reach the night clubs. No participant/team/delegation will be allowed to change the scheduled departure time.If any participant/team/delegation looses the scheduled BUS they should organize their transfer IN PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Due to limited rooms, we would like you to respect deadlines. In order to avoid last-minute withdrawals just before the beginning of MUST 2012, no registration will be taken into account if we have not received pre-payment until the deadline. - Pre-application Due Date : 15th April 2012 - Pre-payment Due Date : 30th April 2012 - Final payment Due Date : 15th May 2012
