Conclusions/Lessons Learned

• In-depth to reveal confounding factors and gender bias

Indicators:

• Data (core) indicators should be widely available

• Primary data source should exist and be sustainable

• Use international recommended definitions if possible

• Challenge: comparability versus relevance for national policies
