JF-17 Thunder Aircraft Background The JF-17 was primarily developed to meet PAF's requirement for an affordable,[11] modern, multi-role combat aircraft as a replacement for its large fleet of Dassault Mirage III/5 fighters, Nanchang A-5 bombers, and Chengdu F-7 interceptors. The aircraft was also intended to have export potential as a cost-effective and competitive alternative to more expensive Western fighters.[2][3][12]

By 1989, because of economic sanctions by the US, Pakistan had abandoned Project Sabre II, a design study involving US aircraft manufacturer Grumman and China, and had decided to redesign and upgrade the Chengdu F-7.[13] In the same year, China and Grum-man started a new design study to develop the Super 7, another redesigned Chengdu F-7.[14] Grumman left the project when sanctions were placed on China following the political fallout from the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests.[15] After Grumman left the Chengdu Super 7 project, the Fighter China project was launched in 1991.[15] In 1995, Pakistan and China signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for joint design and development of a new fighter, and over the next few years worked out the project details.[16] In June 1995, Mikoyan had joined the project to provide "design support", this also involved the second-ment of several engineers by CAC.[17]

Launch of FC-1 Project In October 1995, it was reported that Pakistan was to select a Western company by the end of the year to provide and integrate the avionics for the FC-1, which was expected to go into production by 1999. The avionics were said to include radars, INSs, HUDs, and MFDs. Competing bids came from Thomson-CSF with a variant of the RDY radar, Sagem with a similar avionics package to those used in the ROSE upgrade project, and GEC-Mar-coni with its Blue Hawk radar. FIAR's Grifo S7 radar (now SELEX Galileo) was expected to be selected because the company had ties with the PAF.[18] In February 1998, Pakistan and China signed a letter of intent covering airframe development. Russia's Klimov offered a variant of the RD-33 turbofan engine to power the fighter.[19] In April 1999, South Africa's Denel offered to arm the Super 7 with the T-darter beyond-visual-range (BVR) air-to-air missile (AAM), rather than the R-Darter as reported previously.[20] Previously in 1987, Pratt & Whitney offered the Super-7 project three engine options; PW1212, F404, and PW1216, with local manufacturing in either China or Pakistan. Rolls Royce offered its RB199-127/128 turbofan engine; this plan was scrapped in 1989.[21]

In June 1999, the contract to jointly develop and produce the Chengdu FC-1/Super 7 was signed. The project was to be a 50:50 partnership; the air forces of both countries would be committed to ordering the fighter. After GEC-Marconi had abandoned the bidding to supply an integrated avionics suite, FIAR and Thomson-CSF proposed a number of avi-onics suites based on the Grifo S7 and RC400 radars respectively, despite previously hoping to use the PAF's Super 7 to launch its new Blue Hawk radar.[22][23] Because of sanctions placed on Pakistan after the country's 1998 nuclear weapons tests, design work progressed very slowly over the next 18 months, preventing delivery of the Western avion-ics to the PAF. In early 2001, the PAF decided to decouple the airframe from the avionics, enabling design work on the aircraft to continue. As the airframe was developed, any new avionics requirements by the PAF could be more easily integrated into the airframe.[16]

Prototype production began in September 2002; a full-size mock-up of the FC-1/Super 7 was displayed at Airshow China in November 2002.[24] The first batch of Klimov RD-93 turbofan engines that would power the prototypes was also delivered in 2002.[15] Accord-ing to a China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC) official, the

JF-17's low cost is due to some of the on-board systems having been adapted from those of the Chengdu J-10. The official said, "This transfer of technology—transposing the aircraft sys-tems from the J-10 to the JF-17—is what makes the JF-17 so cost-effective".[25][26] The use of computer-aided design software shortened the design phase of the JF-17.[27]

Propulsion and fuel system The JF-17 is powered by a single Russian RD-93 turbofan engine, which is a variant of the RD-33 engine used on the Mig-29 fighter. The engine gives more thrust and significantly lower specific fuel consumption than turbojet engines fitted to older combat aircraft being replaced by the JF-17. The advantages of using a single engine are a reduction in mainte-nance time and cost when compared to twin-engined fighters. A thrust-to-weight ratio of 0.99 can be achieved with full internal fuel tanks and no external payload. The engine's air supply is provided by two bifurcated air inlets (see airframe section).[75]

The RD-93 is known to produce smoke trails.[75] The Guizhou Aero Engine Group has been developing a new turbofan engine, the WS-13 Taishan, since 2000 to replace the RD-93. It is based on the Klimov RD-33 and incorporates new technologies to boost performance and reliability. A thrust output of 80 to 86.36 kN (17,980 to 19,410 lbf), a lifespan of 2,200 hours, and a thrust-to-weight ratio of 7.8 are expected. An improved version of the WS-13, develop-ing a thrust of around 100 kN (22,000 lbf) (22,450 lb), is also reportedly under development.[76]

The fuel system comprises internal fuel tanks located in the wings and fuselage with a capacity of 2,330 kg (5,140 lb); they are refuelled through a single point pressure refuelling system (see turbine fuel systems).[12] Internal fuel storage can be supplemented by external fuel tanks. One 800-litre (180 imp gal) drop tank can be mounted on the aircraft's centerline hardpoint under the fuselage and two 800-litre or 1,110-litre (240 imp gal) drop tanks can be mounted on the two inboard under-wing hardpoints.[12] The fuel system is compatible with in-flight refuelling (IFR), allowing tanker aircraft to refuel inflight, and increasing its range and loitering time significantly. All production aircraft for the PAF are to be fitted with IFR probes.[3] In June 2013, PAF Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt said ground tests on the JF-17's refuelling probes had been successfully completed and the first mid-air refuelling operations would commence that summer.[77]

Initial delivery, evaluation, and inductionSmall batch production of the single-seat, single-engine JF-17s began in China in June 2006. The first two small-batch-produced aircraft were delivered on 2 March 2007 and first flew in Pakistan on 10 March.[80] They took part in an aerial display on 23 March 2007 as part of the Pakistan Day Joint Services Parade in Islamabad.[81][82] Another six small-batch-pro-duced aircraft were delivered by March 2008.[83] These were extensively flight-tested and evaluated by the PAF.[84] Two serial production aircraft were delivered from China in 2009 and the first Pakistani-manufactured aircraft was delivered to the PAF in a ceremony on 23 November 2009.[85]

On 18 February 2010, the first JF-17 squadron, No. 26 Black Spiders, was officially inducted into the PAF with an initial strength of 14 fighter planes.[86][87] These aircraft first saw ser-vice in the anti-terrorist operation in South Waziristan, during which various types of weap-ons were evaluated.[88] They took part in the PAF's High Mark 2010 exercise from 29 April, where they were used by the Blue Force to attack Red Land surface targets with precision air-to-surface weapons.[89][90] A re-equipment ceremony for No. 26 Black Spiders Squad-ron took place on 11 April 2011, during which it was stated the JF-17 had "revolutionised the PAF's operational concepts"

Inside fan inhales gaseous harmful materials with outside air into the inside of IONAB through nozzle positioned at the front part of equipment.Solid or liquid materials are inhaled after they are heat~ and vaporized in a heating panel positioned at the back part of nozzle through a separate smear kit,

Vaporized molecules are ionized at the ionizing part through corona discharge.lf harmful materials am inhaled into equipment, they are ionized by corona discharge and produced ions are aligned at shutter.

Ions of harmful materials get to be moved into collector by electric field and concentration gradient given to a drift tube. At this time, ions are separated according to the mobility of molecular ion, and time when they reach a colleclor gets to become different.Aigned ions have difference of moving speed according to the mobility of materials and are moved in drift tube,

When each ion reaches a collector electrode, it makes the relationship of electric signal finely detect-ed and moving time a spectrum and finally detects harmful materials and identifies and shows them through outside LCD window.

The deck layout is clean and efficient when you need to work the interior length of the boat. Its 10 foot wide catamaran hull provides the sta-bility and control needed in patrol/boarding operations. When your territory covers a large land mass, you will be glad this boat can be trailered easily. The 73+ MPH delivered by the optional twin Mercury Optimax 300 HP engines allows you to conclude the pursuit of other boats very quickly. If you have a long water transit to help cover a neighboring law enforce-ment district, everyone will be thrilled with the 65 MPH cruising speed, and the 39 GPH fuel consumption.

The Blue Lighting 32 by Hann provides am-ple storage for the equipment you have to carry. The large center console provides am-ple room for primary and back-up navigation and radio equipment. The optional t-top and shock mitigating seats protect the crew from weather and fatigue. If you are in a really hot climate, an air conditioned enclosure is a viable option. The FatMan Ram design incorporates dual impact

striking heads for either right or left hand doors sets. You

will never have to reset your hands on the ram or change

grips when faced with a wrong side door set due to the

op-order mistakenly showing the locks on the wrong side

of the door. We all know this happens more often than not.

This snafu creates a time lag while switching hands when

breaching with any other ram on the market which then costs your entry team vital sec-

onds and puts undo stress on your team and breacher. All your breacher needs to do with

a Mad Dog ram is pivot 180" and breach with the other striking head.

" I can tell you that this dual head design works so much better than the other rams out there, because I have been that breacher. I designed Mad Dog SWAT Rams to remedy this com-mon occurrence."Mad Dog Founder

About CPD:

C Products Defense is proud to be a U.S. based manufacturing company with over 50 years of com-bined experience in the firearms industry. We provide outstanding products for the military, law enforcement agencies, and firearm manufacturers but it doesn’t stop there. In order to keep meeting the changing requirements of our customers, CPD is continuously developing new products, and your suggestions are always welcome.

The Stainless Steel Magazine

In order to meet the needs of today’s combat conditions, the new stainless steel magazine was developed. Extremely durable and dependable, the stainless steel magazine outperforms the mil-spec aluminium magazine in every test.

The combination of 400 series stainless steel and heat treatment makes this magazine one of the most heavy-duty in the industry today, with only a slight increase in weight. It can take a beating that would destroy an aluminium magazine and continue to per-form admirably with enhanced strength, reliability and performance.

C Products Defense is one of the select few magazine manufacturers to use the technology of fully automat-ed robotic welding stations. This allows us to control and monitor automatically each magazine weld, ensuring that each weld is dimensionally correct. A computer printout is available from every shift to verify the quality. Any weld not meeting the load specifica-tions is immediately rejected.

All CPD magazines feature the new “snap on” anti-tilt follower. The use of the .020 gauge material in stainless steel combined with increased interior dimensional room enhances proper stacking of the rounds and dramatically reduces failure due to jams. Functionally, this magazine is far superior to any in today’s market.

CPD MISSION"Our goal is to manufacture the best designed, highest quality, 100% reliable magazines that

work the first time, every time, because a firearm is only as good as its imagaine."

When Quality, Dependability and Performance Matter Most, Cproducts Defense Magazines are the Clear Choice.

WRS WEAPON RETENTION SYSTEM DUTY HOLSTER The WRS Level III DUTY HOLSTER is designed to mimic the traditional standard thumb break that is in use on our standard Level II holsters, but with the extra meas-ure of security required to have it certified as a Level III holster. The WRS allows for easy securing of the gun after being returned to the holster by simply rotating the hood and lever cover back to their locked, upright positions. The holster comes with a standard Duty Drop and Offset. The Drop and Offset attachment works to help the gun clear most types of body armor.

• First disengage the Level III retention by rotating the lever in a forward motion.• Next, disengage the Level II retention by pushing the release hood lever in a lateral

motion toward your body using your thumb, while the hand achieves a master grip on the gun while still in the holster. This fluid motion releases the retention hood from the back of the weapon.

• With both levels of retention disengaged, the gun is ready for a swift, precise draw if needed.

INSIDE-THE-WAISTBANDCLASSIC IWB & IWB FITS-ALL The Inside-the-Waistband (IWB) is a great choice for concealed carry. The pistol is held tight to the body with a protective panel to prevent your shirt from interfering with the presentation of the firearm. This design also keeps perspiration off your handgun. This IWB holster allows for a good firing grip and is easily concealed under a T-shirt, jacket or vest. About Pelican Product Co.

Pelican Products, Inc. is the global leader in design and manufacture of both high-performance case solutions and advanced portable lighting systems. Our products are used by professionals in the most demanding markets including firefighters, police, defense/military, aerospace, entertainment, industrial and consumer. Pelican products are designed and built to last a lifetime.

Pelican was founded in 1976 by Dave Parker in a Torrance, California garage. An avid Scuba diver since age 11, Parker recognized the need for rugged flashlights and cases that wouldn't leak or fail. So he set out to build a better product than any other on the market. With years of hard work and sacrifice, Pelican™ Products became a reality with its first product patent, the Pelican Float. The legendary SabreLite™ flashlights and Protector™ Cases soon followed.

Pelican's product line and company grew steadily over the years and, in 2004, the compa-ny was acquired by private equity firm Behrman Capital. Shortly thereafter, the company experienced an incredible growth trend under a new CEO, Lyndon Faulkner, who was ap-pointed in 2005. With a rich and diverse background, Faulkner came to Pelican Products from Microsoft Corporation where he served as North American Operations Manager help-ing to launch industry-changing products such as the XBOX®, Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2000. Additionally he built the compact-disc manufacturing pioneer Technicolor®/ Nimbus into an IPO as they introduced the world to digital media with compact discs (CDs) and digital video discs (DVDs).

Tactical & Personal Lights

Introducing the new Pelican LED series.

LEDs have only been good for showing you what’s wrong (like the oil light in that ‘85 Ford), not where you’re going. Until now.Pelican’s new line of professional LED flashlights are so bright you’d swear they were high performance incandescents. And with burn time up to 15 times longer than filament bulbs, it’s good night to Edison’s bright idea. Combine that with Pelican’s Lifetime Guarantee and you’ve got a hi-tech heirloom that’ll light generations. Oh, and don’t forget to look for the red mark and the faceted body. It’s your true indication of an instrument that outperforms any LED flashlight on the market. And it means it’s a genuine Pelican. The science of lighting just moved to warp speed. Welcome to the future.

Weaponry

Infantary Weapons The most important asset of any army is its soldiers, and to ensure this asset is utilised as effectively as possi-ble it is essential they have the offen-sive capability required to tackle the broad range of threats experienced on the modern battlefield. Lessons from the past decade have driven home the need to reduce engagement time and improve soldier flexibility, but how should this be achieved? This can be achieved by the use of infantary weapons.

Small Arms Ammunition Small arms and light weapons ammu-nition includes a wide variety of products wich makes detailed categorization difficult. One useful way of classifying small arms ammunition is by cartridge case length. Larger calibre ordnance is usually recogniz-able by generic type, and normally marked with the calibre and other inscriptions that usually allow basic identification.

Small arms ammunition is primarily cartridge-based. Described in military terms as a ‘round’ of ammunition, it comprises of a cartridge case, bullet, propellant and primer. Small arms ammunition varies in size or caliber,

Artillery Ammunition Artillery is a class of large military weapons built to fire munitions far beyond the range of infantry’s small arms. Early artillery development focused on the ability to breach fortifications, and led to heavy, fairly im-mobile siege engines. As technology improved, lighter, more mobile field artillery developed for battlefield use. This development continues today; modern self-propelled artillery vehicles are highly mobile weapons of great versatility providing the largest share of an army’s total firepower.

Weaponry

Mortar BombsA mortar is a weapon that fires explosive projectiles known as (mortar) bombs at low velocities, short ranges, and high-arcing ballistic trajecto-ries. It is typically muzzle-loading with a short barrel, generally less than 15 times its caliber.

Aircraft & Anti Aircraft Ammunition Antiaircraft Weapons, weapons designed to destroy aircraft in flight. They can be surface-to-air weapons, fired from ground positions or naval vessels; or air-to-air weapons, fired from aircraft.

Tank & Anti Tank Ammunition Anti-tank warfare arose as a re-sult of the need to develop technolo-gy and tactics to destroy tanks during the First World War. Because tanks represent an enemy’s greatest force projection (aside from nuclear artil-lery and tanks vs. tank engagements), anti-tank warfare has been incorpo-rated into the doctrine of nearly every combat service since.

Rockets A rocket is a missile, spacecraft, aircraft or other vehicle that obtains thrust from a rocket engine. Rocket engine exhaust is formed entirely from propellants carried within the rocket before use.[1] Rock-et engines work by action and reaction. Rocket engines push rockets forward by expelling their exhaust in the opposite direction at high speed. Rockets rely on momentum, airfoils, auxiliary reaction engines, gimballed thrust, momentum wheels, deflection of the exhaust stream, propellant flow, spin, and/or gravity to help control flight.

COMMERCIAL EXPLOSIVE Commercial Explosives use tested techniques of pro-duction which have been proven for performance, reliability and safety and have been optimized for decades. We con-stantly strive to develop new markets for our products. Manufacturing of Safety Fuse & Gunpowder is a del-icate and hazardous operation. The achievement of total safety and product success depends upon several factors like precise compositions and rigorous quality tests, stand-ardized manufacturing processes, safe machinery and equipments and their proper maintenance, construction and protection of building as per specifications and training of personnel.

POFeye Why need POFeye: Close Combat Battles fought in urban areas like buildings and streets are extremely dangerous as one never knows what kind of threat is on the other side and who the enemy is. From the past few decades, the security forces around the world have been using weapons like 9mm hand guns, SMGs etc. If your enemy is Exposed and In Your Range So Are You. In fact, under such circumstances the enemy hidden in a place of his choice has several advantages over the security forces who in majority of cases are initially unaware of the position, type of weapons and number of persons, alert level etc.
