MILLSTONE BARN“When we first heard about the development of the old barns nearly 20 years ago, we were intrigued to see what they would be like and we wanted to come along and have a look for ourselves. Although Millstone Barn was still a work in progress at that point, we immediately fell for the peaceful location and outlook, so we made our offer and bought off plan. We were able to make some changes at that point, so we decided to change the layout and opted for larger bedrooms which has worked really well for us,” say the current owners.

opportunities accessed right from our doorstep. We can walk into Aldridge which has a good range of shops and cafes or Sutton Coldfield is just a short car journey away. The train station is just a couple of miles away and from there, we can enjoy easy access to Birmingham and Lichfield.”

We will certainly miss the garden and the stunning views overlooking the farmland and the lake.”

A green and pleasant suburb, just eight miles from the city center of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield is famed for its beautiful park and nature reserve.
