The primary purpose of Milwaukee Lutheran High School is to help our students “grow in the grace and knowledge of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). This involves finding identity, meaning, purpose, and power for their life in Christ.

Ranging from Introductory to Advanced Placement and Dual Credit, there is a place for everyone to excel. Through exceptional learning experiences, you will discover many opportunities for future educational and career placements.
SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED ITTime after school is alloted twice a week for teacher and student lead assistance in Family Advisory Meetings. Get academic and ACT prep help, learn how to balance school and activities, and get to know your classmates more.

FRESHMAN ACADEMYMilwaukee Lutheran High School students excel! They are rigorously challenged in every academic area. Therefore, each student needs to be at grade level in reading, writing and math to best ensure success in high school. Our Freshman Academy’s purpose and goal is to bring students up to grade level so they have every opportunity for success in high school. This program starts the summer prior to the Freshmen year and provides an intensive, individualized bridge semester into regular 9th grade work. There are limited seats to ensure attention in this program and applications are required.

TUITION ASSISTANCECHOICE - Apply online during open enrollment period in February before the following school year. Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) for residents in the city of Milwaukee, and Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) for families that live outside of the cities of Milwaukee or Racine.
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS - Grants are given to the top scorers on the MLHS placement exam.
