1. SUMMARY AND DATES - EXPLORATION WORK COMPLETED
This report describes the results of geological mapping and outcrop evaluation for Flagstone Potential, in Brunel Township, Southern Ontario. The geological mapping was completed close to the southeastern boundary of claim 1077245. This claim occupies the S 1/2 of Con. Ill, Lot 27, of the township, and is held by the writer, Ralph V. Stewart, who resides at 244 Keewatin St. S., Oshawa, Ontario, L1H 6Z8.
Geological mapping was completed by the writer on May 15,1999, along a series of flagged taverse lines, as shown on the accompanying GEOLOGICAL PLAN, Dwg. S 99-5. The mapping was completed to evaluate the area for flagstone potential. In summary, an "outcrop area" located in the southeast corner of the claim has potential for producing flagstone. The area of flagstone concentration is outiined on Geological Plan S 99-5 which accompanies this report.
2.0 PROPERTY LOCATION AND ACCESS
The property (mining claim) is located in Brunel Township (S 1/2 Lot 28, Con. III).
Access to the property is as follows: Take Highway 117 west of route 11 (east of Bracebridge) to the village of Baysville. At this community a paved road turns north and continues to Huntsville. At 6.4 KM norm of Baysville, a secondary road turns off and continues northeast for approximately 4. 8 KM to the work area.
A summary of the property location is as follows:Mining NTS

3.0 EXPLORATION HISTORY AND DESCRIPTION OF PAST WORK
In 1996, the writer discovered flagstone within the S1/2 of lot 28, Con. VII while prospecting under a 1996 OPAP grant (file OP96 -162). Other than this there is no report of past exploration or mining within the boundary of this claim.

4 -0 FIELD DESCRIPTION (ROCK TYPES)
Symbol RockJipe Rock Description________
40 Granitic Pegmatite Medium to coarse grained, pink coloredpegmatite intrusive rocks (a few narrow dikes)
MIGMATITES
38a Quartzo feldspathic gneiss (brown to black colored), generally fine grained and with a sedimentary "bedded appearance" which has been metamorphosed. The majority of the "flagstone rock" appears to have been formed by mild folding and metamorphism of these "migmatite" rocks.
38b Quartzitic feldspathic gneiss (as above) but having a light pink color, otherwise it is similar to 3a rock type.
38c Quartz, hornblende gneiss, massive with no flagstone structure. Locally the rock is garnetiferous containing 50Xo - 1007o fine grained pink colored garnets.
Rock types 38 a, b, & c have been affected by moderate folding as evidenced by the variation of lineation dip directions and minor "drag folding" shown on the accompanying geological plan. Flagstone "slabs", generally brown, black, and occasionally pale pink in color, have an average lateral dimension of 6" to 30", and thickness of 1/4"-2"
5.0 AUTHOR'S STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
The writer is a Professional Geologist, B.Se., P.Geol, with over 40 years continuous experience in the mineral and mining exploration business., as Mining Geologist, Exploration Geologist, Consulting Geologist A Entrepreneur.
