What we offer

Whether you start with us on a Pre- Apprenticeship programme or as an Apprentice, our aim is to find you a job you’ll love, help you learn new skills and enable you to live the lifestyle that having a successful career can bring.

An Apprenticeship involves working at least 30 hours a week and usually lasts for a year or longer. Your paid working hours would include time for attending one of our centres one day a week or being assessed at the workplace. We also offer more flexible training methods such as e-blended learning and block release.

Our Pre-Apprenticeship programmes include courses and Traineeships that last from six weeks to six months and involve the development of industry-specific skills, as well as job preparation training. Our Traineeships also include a work experience placement, which will lead on to the Apprenticeship you want.

Charlotte Sheridan, Childcare

“Most of my friends are at college, and a lot of them aren’t really sure what they are going to do. I’ve told them about Apprenticeships, because I think you get more out of it, and you get paid while you’re learning.”
