Implant according to a biological concept

We have learned to think in ceram-ics and are aware of the biological laws that govern optimal osseointegration, including bone and soft tissue growth.

Because of our drill protocol and im-plant thread design that are perfect-ly matched to all bone classes, enough cavities are created with enough la-cunae for stem cells to produce fresh lamellar bone.

Tissue level -simple, safe, no gap at the bone level

The excellent biocompatibility of SDS ceramic implants TZP zirconium dioxide (zirconia) material allows for optimal soft tissue management causing the gingi-va to adhere to the zirconium oxide and forming a seal around the implant shoul-der. No gap. The immunological port of entry is closed.

Upper & lower part with di erent functions

Decision-making options are kept open until the very last moment

The "Dynamic Thread®" macro screw thread with its maximized surface area ensures good primary stability in the low-er implant thread part, combined with no compression onto the compact bone!

The micro-screw thread in the upper thread part o ers maximum stability be-cause in the load-bearing area of the im-plant (just below bone level), the implant core diameter is almost equal to the outer diameter. There is no hollow space in the design of the 2-part SDS implant, either.

You are free to choose the desired type of implant until the very last stage of surgical intervention:• Single-piece or two-piece• Standard implant• Balcony, oval or disk • Short or sinus implant

Maximum use of the tent pole-umbrella technique

With the maximum utilization of the tent pole-umbrella technique, i.e. under the "plate" of the SDS sinus implant or the SDS disc abutment, superior bone growth is achieved without bone replace-ment material, that is, only with advanced platelet-rich fi brin (A-PRF™) membranes.

Immediate implantation almost always possible

Due to the enormous variety of shapes, implants can be placed in 99% of all alveolar sockets immediatelyafter extraction.

The "before - after" case studies clearly demonstrate this fact.

Immediate restoration

Due to the enormous primary stability (without compression on the compact bone), 90% of cases are well-suited for an immediate placement of the long-term provisional restoration.

A fast, safe and esthetically-pleasing long-term provisional restoration concept

Immediate placement of immediate - loading SDS implants is possible owing to SDS's specially developed long-term

provisional restoration concept employ-ing the molded part or "skiboot concept".

Simple prosthetics

The single-piece SDS1.1 implants can be ground just like natural teeth.

In two-piece SDS2.0 implants, there are only three abutments. Impression as with natural teeth: no retraction thread, the crown is cemented like a natural tooth stump.

1. healed implants with cover screw.

2. KetacTM Cem for cementing abutments.

3. Cemented abutment; a screw is used for fi xation during cementing.

4. Filling the screw channels with "fl ow"

5. Preparation of the abutment and implant shoulder using a red diamond bur.

6. Prepared abutment/implant connection.

7. Grinding an optimal occlusion of the fi nal prosthetic restoration.

Quality and Return Quote

Thanks to the systematically structured treatment protocols, the return rate from all SDS implant users (including errone-ously opened implants, the "early losses", or "o -label" implants) has fallen below 5% over the last 2 years.

A win-win situation for the patient and dentist

Markedly reduced numbers of appoint-ments thanks to the immediate implan-tation with resorbable sutures, and fi xed provisional restoration. Upon healing, placement of a fi nal prosthesis => in 2 to 3 sessions.

This results in markedly reduced chair time for the dentist and, at the same time, fewer appointments and lower cost for the patient. This treatment model is high-ly lucrative for both parties.

Experience

The SDS founder Dr. Ulrich Volz boasts probably the longest and most compre-hensive experience in the ceramic implant industry (19 years' experience and more than 20,000 personally placed ceramic implants), and is trusted by the world's most famous doctors. Owner-managed, family business with its own training center and its own factory clinic (SWISS BIOHEALTH CLINIC), where the owner still places most of the implants.

Improving general health

Catherine StewartPoint Roberts, WA, USAI fi rst visited SWISS BIOHEALTH in Oct/Nov of 2016. At the time, I had been under medical treatment for Lyme disease and various other bacterial, viral and fungal related illnesses. I had been experiencing chronic illness and pain for about 2 years.I was unable to walk without pain in my joints and muscles. I also experienced trouble breathing, had sore throat most of the time, and laryngitis when I would encounter any type of toxic or chemical smell. (cigarette-smoke, perfume, clean-ing products). I also did not have full use of my right arm due to a frozen shoulder and the inability to move my right thumb. I felt fatigued and stressed the majority of the time. The treatments I was receiving in the U.S. were slowly helping to remove toxins and rebuild my body, but it was a slow process.Immediately after having all the metal removed from my mouth and all cavita-tions cleaned out, I was able to move my shoulder and slowly started to gain some use of my thumb. When I returned home after surgery at SWISS BIOHEALTH, I felt more energy than I had in almost 2 years. My muscles no longer ached and the pain in my joints started to subside. I started to be able to hike with my dogs again and run on the beach with my horses! My brain and ability to think became clearer and my level of anxiety decreased signifi -cantly.I have also found that when I do come in contact with toxins- ( smoke, mold,

chemicals), my body still reacts but the symptoms and pain are not as severe and my body is able to clear the toxins faster and resolve the pain.

SWISS BIOHEALTH VITAL PRODUCTS

The SWISS BIOHEALTH CONCEPT has demonstrated that an optimally func-tioning immune system plays a decisive role in maintaining and restoring a normal state of health. An intact immune system can often lead to much faster and better treatment results, i.e. in the case of major surgical procedures or the treatment of serious illnesses.

Together with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt and Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, Dr. Ulrich Volz de-veloped SWISS BIOHEALTH VITAL food supplements - invariably with the objec-tive of achieving maximal treatment suc-cess and improving overall patient health.
