MELTON PLANNING SCHEME SCHEDULE TO CLAUSE 61.01 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SCHEME 1.0 Responsible authority for administering and enforcing this scheme: The Melton City Council is the responsible authority for administering and enforcing the scheme, except for matters specified in Clause 61.01-1 and matters listed in this schedule. 2.0 Responsible authority for administering and enforcing a provision of this scheme: The Minister for Planning is the responsible authority for administering and enforcing: Clause 52.03 of the scheme in respect of the “Regional Rail Link Project Section 2 Incorporated Document, March 2015”. Clause 52.03 of the scheme in respect of the “Regional Rail Link Project Section 1 Incorporated Document, March 2015”. Any other provision of the scheme as it applies to the use or development of land authorised by the Victorian Government for the Regional Rail Link Project. Clause 52.03 of the scheme in respect of the “Calder Park Train Stabling and Maintenance Yards Incorporated Document, September 2012”. Clause 52.03 of the scheme in respect of the “Palmers Road Upgrade Project (Western Freeway to Calder Freeway) Incorporated Document, June 2017”. 1.0 Responsible authority for administering and enforcing this scheme:

The Melton City Council is the responsible authority for administering and enforcing the scheme, except for matters specified in Clause 61.01-1 and matters listed in this schedule.

2.0 Responsible authority for administering and enforcing a provision of this scheme:
