This portal will assist a farmer in buying an Animal, Frozen Semen and Embryo of his choice.

Live Animal Purchase

Place the cursor on GERM PLASM MARKET PLACE

Farmer – Registration Procedure

1. Place the cursor on GERM PLASM MARKET PLACE, click on Live Animals link


2. Click on Login link


3. Click on SIGN UP tab.

Farmer Registration Page appears

1. In case the farmer does not enrolled to Aadhar No, provide the values for the required fields and click on Send OTP button.

Provide the OTP number which the mobile has received and click on Verify button.

Once the OTP is verified, click on Submit button

Once the user has been registered, Login page appears. Provide the values for User Name, Password and click on SUBMIT button

Farmer page opens where he can do trading

2. In case the farmer has obtained Aadhar No and his Aadahr No. is registered with his mobile number, enter the Aadhar No. and click on Verify Aadhar Number button

Click on OK button in the Confirmation Message Box

Enter the OTP number received on the mobile number and click on Verify OTP button

When the OTP verification is successful, the user information such as Name, Gender, E-mail Id, Address and Location are displayed in the respective fields.

Enter values for fields under User Credential tab and click on Submit button. Login page appears. Enter the values for User Name, Password and click on LOGIN button

The Farmer page appears


1. Place the cursor on GERM PLASM MARKET PLACE, click on Live Animals link

Farmer – Login Procedure


2. Click on Login link


3. Provide user name, password and click on Submit button in the LOGIN tab

4. Click on LOGIN button. Your page opens. Click on e-Pashudhan module.

Select the required Breed from the Breed list box/select Type of an animal from the Type of animal list box/select Age from the Age list box/enter minimum and maximum value in the Price list box/select a location from the Location list box/select a station from the Station List box. The farmer can do search on multiple options as well.As per the search condition given, the records are displayed

As from the above operation, the Breed Murrah Buffalo from the Breed list box is selected. The records of total number of this breed is displayed as 10 numbers per page and also total number of pages mentioned.


The farmer can move the navigation bar to visit all the pages(First, Previous, Next and Last), to see the details of all the available animals for sale in this portal.

In the above operation, the farmer has clicked on Next button to arrive at Page no.3


The animals are displayed with its Image, Breed, Animal Number and Price details. In case the farmer wish to see more details, click on Quick View of a particular animal.


The details like Animal Number, Age,(DOB) and Farmer/Owner details are displayed. In case the farmer wish to see milk yielding capacity, click on VIEW DETAILS button.


Apart from the Animal details, Dam and Sire’s details are also displayed

The farmer can click on CLICK TO BUY in case he wishes to/click on WISHLIST to put in his Wishlist/can see the Vaccination details by clicking on VACCINATION SCHEDULE/click on COMPARE button to compare with other animals according to his conditions



Compare feature helps in make the comparison on the basis of Institution, Breed and Animal wise.

When the VACCINATION SCHEDULE button is clicked, the vaccination schedule details of the animal is displayed


Click on CLICK TO BUY button, to purchase the animal

Click OK button in the Confirmation Message Box. Cart will be opened.


The transaction detail is displayed. Click on LOGIN TO PROCEDD button, to continue the transaction.


Provide the registered user name, password and click on LOGIN button. In case the farmer is not yet registered click on Sign Up button


Click on LOGIN->USER. Click on Register tab to register


Provide values for username, password, email id and mobile number. Click on OTP, provide the OTP number which has been sent to the mobile number specified and click on Verify. Click OK button on the confirmation message box and click on Register button(remember the username and the password). Click OK on the Message box.


Your In-Box page will be opened. Click on e-Pashudhan link


In the My Cart page, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button, to continue the transaction.


Your Order Summary will be displayed. Select the Additional Service you would like to avail and click on Apply Services button

Click OK button on the Confirmation Message Box.


Click on Billing Details button. Provide Aadhar Number and click on Verify Aadhar Number button to verify. If your mobile number is registered, Aadhar authentication will be succeeded



Enter OTP number and click on Verify OTP


Aadhar Number Verified status appears


Click on Delivery Address button and provide the required values.

In the Payment Method frame, click on Cash on Delivery option and click on Place Order button.


Click OK button in the Conformation box saying OTP number generated

Provide the value for OTP number generated and click on OK button


Your Order Details will be generated. Click on Print Invoice button to get the Invoice generated.



Click on Your Orders button, Pending Orders, Delivered Order and Cancelled Orders lists will be displayed

Invoice will be generated with the transaction details


Click on Log Out button, to log out from the e-pashudhan portal.


Frozen Semen Purchase

Place the cursor on GERM PLASM MARKET PLACE and click on Frozen Semen


Select the required Breed from the Breed list box/select State from the State list box/select District from the District list box/Select a Block from the Block list box/ Station from the Station list box, Dam Lactation Yield from the Dam Lactation Yield list box,/select the Sire Dam’s Average Milk Yield and Price wise. The farmer can do search on multiple options as well.As per the search condition given, the records are displayed

As from the above operation, Karnataka state is selected from the State list box and Price between `20 to ` 100 is selected. The records of total number of animal available is displayed as 10 numbers per page and also total number of pages also mentioned.


The animals are displayed with its Image, Animal Number, Price per quantity and available stock details. In case the farmer wish to buy, click on CLICK TO BUY to purchase the Frozen Semen of the animal


Message box appears with Successfully inserted to Cart message. Click on OK button to process the transaction.

Provide the value for number of quantity you wish and press Tab button to arrive at the Total Amount to be paid


Click on LOGIN TO PROCEED button to continue the transaction


Provide the registered Username and Password and click on LOGIN button to login to do the transaction. (In case, the user is not registered earlier, click on Sign Up button and follow the instruction to get registered).


Click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT button to continue

You will be asked to select the any or all of the Additional Services. Once after selecting the services click on Apply Services button to avail the services.

Click on the OK button of the confirmation message box


Click on Billing Details button, and provide the values asked for.


Click on Delivery Address and provide the required values


Click on Place Oder button after selecting the required Payment Mode


Message box appears saying OTP Number has generated. Click OK button


Provide the OTP number generated and click on SUBMIT button


Invoice will be generated. Click on Print Invoice button


Receipt will be printed with the transaction detail.


Embryo Purchase

Place the cursor on GERM PLASM MARKET PLACE and click on Embryos


Select the required Breed from the Breed list box/provide value for Minimum and Maximum for Price wise list box/select a State from the State list box/select a District from the District list box/select a Station from the Station list box and click on Filter button. The farmer can do search on multiple options as well.

In the above case, Breed Type Red Sindhi has been selected. Hence, available animals are listed out along with Embryo number and its price.


Click on Click on CLICK TO BUY button, to make available to your Cart.


Click Ok button to the Confirmation Message Box and click on LOGIN TO PROCEED to make the transaction


Provide the registered Username and Password and click on LOGIN button to login to do the transaction. (In case, the user is not registered earlier, click on Sign Up button and follow the instruction to get registered).


Click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT button to continue

You will be asked to select the any or all of the Additional Services. Once after selecting the services click on Apply Services button to avail the services.

After completing the transaction, click on Logout button to exit.
