Ministry of Education holds Dikir Syarafil Anam The Ministry of Education recently held a Dikir Syarafil Anam to five mosques as a prelude to the upcoming Maulidur Rasul celebration. The religious event is an annual activity for the ministry, this year the event was jointly organized by the Curriculum Development Department, Secretariat of Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council and the International Affairs Unit. The Dikir Syarafil Anam to the mosques were attended by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman, Minister of Education; Yang Mulia Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar, Deputy Minister of Education; Yang Mulia Dr. Haji Junaidi bin Haji Abd Rahman, Permanent Secretary (Higher Education); Yang Mulia Dr. Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) and Yang Mulia Awang Haji Abd Rahim bin Derus, Director General of Education. Head of Departments, officers and staff from the ministry were among those present during the event, while other congregants included students from local higher education institutions.
