The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, through the General Directorate of Immigration, participates
in meetings and forums of the Central American Organization for Migration, OCAM, and the Regional Conference
on Migration, CRM, with the aim of treating the migratory phenomenon. In 2014 Nicaragua obtained the Pro
Tempore Presidency of both organizations and on June 30, 2020 received the Pro Tempore Presidency of
OCAM.
