HUMAN RESOURCES
Tasks of the Centre: - supporting a system of continuing education; - advance education of managers and specialists; - development and realization of some exclusive and unique educational programs for improving management system; - improvement of management skills and increase the level of professional development of staff potential
Annually about 3000 specialists get a workout in Integrated Centre of Education and Development of the Industry with the use of innovative
technologies and modern equipment.
In 2008 was carried out an audit of 850 Ministry employees and administration of lower organizations. By result of this audit Ministry conducting now training sessions for office managers to develop their knowledge in management.
