The funds for the PMGDISHA Scheme for FY 2017-18 is expected in the supplementarygrants. The state-wise funds allocation is based on the expenses towards training fees,certification / assessment fee and programme management. So there is no state specific fundsallocation under the scheme.

Jharkhand. Wish to seek information in reference to the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital

Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDSA). The specific questions are enlisted below.-

1. How much money has been allocated and spent by the Government under the

aforementioned scheme since its enactment in the year 20177

2. Kindly mention the exact number of beneficiaries till date (the people who have been

benefited) under the aforementioned scheme.

3. How far this scheme has been implemented in different states? If there is a progress

report of the same, please furnish it.

4. How much money has been allocated to different state under the aforementioned scheme

and What is the criteria for the allocation? Kindly specify the exact amount of money

spent in each state. [it would be convenient if answered in tabular form]
