The vision of PT. Karya Bintang Bali management has its roots in one of most successful business building stories in Australia. Under the stewardship of Graham Bristow the company LibertyOne was taken from relatively humble beginnings and transformed into one of the most successful public listings on the Australian stock exchange with valuations nearing one billion Australian dollars.

The same professional approach and experience are now applied to PT. Karya Bintang Bali Group with Graham Bristow at the helm backed by a team of dedicated staff and managers.

Island Concepts Group Limited, an integrated real-estate, hotel and residential community

management and property development group, based in Melbourne, Australia, is the controlling

shareholder of My Vacations Pte Limited holding a seventy per cent (70%) stake, with the option

to acquire all issued shares.

Island Concepts Group Limited is a major shareholder of PT. Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk, an

Indonesian public corporation established in February 2001, whose shares are traded on the IDX

(Indonesian Stock Exchange). Its shares are quoted under ticker symbol “ICON” and as of

December 1, 2012 there were 726,000,000 shares on issue with a last traded price of four

hundred and forty rupiah (440 IDR) held by more than five hundred (500) individual shareholders

and corporations. PT. Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk, has owned and operated the Bali Island

Villa Spa Resort and Taman Merah Spa in Seminyak, Bali for over 9 years.

The ICON Group has activities and strategic joint ventures across the Asia pacific region in F&B,

Hospitality and Residential property market sectors and services’ these including a 50% interest

in PT. Patra Services & Supplies commercial and industrial catering company that employs over

2500 persons throughout Indonesia servicing the mining, oil & gas and industrial sector and

controlling stake in PT. Taman Merah Investasi the franchisee for Harcourt’s Realty Seminyak,

Bali. Icon has a controlling stake in PT. Karya Karya Bintang Bali, an Entertainment and Food &

Beverage business operating Mint Nightclub Bali.

The Icon group together with PT Karya Bintang Bali have embarked on two substantial local developments.

One of the projects ‘Petitenget Plaza’ will include a shopping Mall complex with 180 chic micro retail outlets, food and beverage, super nightclub entertainment venue and 5 Star boutique resort with a vast range of services & facilities including but not limited to VIP limousine services for guests, restaurant’s, uber luxury Spa and 80 spacious luxury apartment suites. The second development owned by our sister company PT. Panorama Dua at Azure point is a spectacular 5 star waterfront Boutique resort situated at Padang Bai, Karangasem. The resort is 80% built as at going to press and is scheduled to open in 2015. The ICON Group has its headquarters at Level 7, 160 Queen Street, Melbourne, Australia 3000 with regional operations in Singapore, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

Mint Club is Seminyak’s premier after hour’s night club strategically situated on Jalan Raya Petitenget in one of the more sort after areas known for its many high quality hotels resorts, beach clubs, fine dining restaurants and bars.

The Club has established a good solid base of regular clients from the local resident and expat community encompassing all nationalities. Mint also has a strong following from both the international and domestic visitors to Bali.

Mint will undergo extensive refurbishment this year incorporating a VIP and VVIP area within the Club and extending the frontage to accommodate an outdoor bar area on Jalan Raya Petitenget that will open 7 days a week. The Club currently open’s Thursday thru Saturday and will extend to 5 nights per week starting July 1st 2014.

Petitenget Plaza is owned and developed by PT. Taman Merah Bali.

The development spans 22,310 SQM over 3 separate building units, each of 5 levels. Comprising an 80 key boutique hotel & beach club with expansive pools and recreation areas, 30 private luxury residences, restaurants and café lounge bars, Subsurface nightclub entertainment complex and retail Mall with 180 shops designed around a classical piazzas’ theme. With its plentiful choice of fine dining outlets, bar entertainment venues and extensive range of quality retail outlets Petitenget Plaza is set become the go to landmark in Jalan Petitenget if not Seminyak.

Foundation work commenced February 2014; the plaza is scheduled to be fully operational by early 2016.

Scheduled for opening December 2015 will be the new happening bar on Jalan Dyana Pura. The name Cargo Bar is inspired by the use of an ISO shipping cargo container as the main feature of the Deck Bar. Cargo Bar will feature a lively Brazilian Barbecue Grill at the terrace on the second floor and a open kitchen kiosk providing delicious Pizza slices, wraps and snacks for Cargo Bar customers on the ground floor.

Dyana Pura Street once the best street for bars and restaurants in Seminyak it is set to evolve into a hub of activity again due to many new hotel developments coming on stream in the area; and as such the location is ideal for a resurgence of quality day and night life, including dining and again challenging “Eat Street” Jalan Laksama.

The immediate future will see the launching of a number of new businesses with the introduction of brands such as Cargo, Taman Nirwana Spa, and Mint Terrace. In the first stages of operations we will undergo a period best termed as brand evolution; involving fine tuning of services and products to develop the best all round signature recipe for each business.

Cargo, Taman Nirwana Spa and Mint terrace although new businesses with new brands they evolve from years of experience behind the successful Mint after hours nightclub brand and Taman Merah Wellness Spa brand.

Going forward we plan to add additional venues and outlets under established brands such as Mint, Taman Merah Spa, My vacations and Fun n Sun. The same growth strategies will be applied to new brands once proved and established in their own right.
