held on the 30th Inst . , as contained on folio 116/7 of the ?in~ce Committee's Report ook,

which recommended confirmrttion of accounts, paid under votes of )propri t ion, r10unting

to £'272/13/5, nd

payment of accounts p~ssed th~t evening, amotmtin to 2903/10/1 making

a t otal payment from the General Fund since last meeting of £5176/ 3/6 .

The monthly financial stateMents were al so submitted, und disclosed Credit Balances, eneral

Fund, £13,166/10/0, Incinerator Loan Fund ~624/14/4.

It was further recommended

1. That Mrs. L. steele be informed that it is regre&ted that council's fnnds cannot be used

to relieve distress a mongst the wives a.nd children of the t1mber wo rkers.

2. That the Secretary of the Royal South Sydney Hospital be informed it is regret ted that

his tpplioation for ·1. subscription cannot be granted .

3. That letters be forwarded to the Secretary of the Roy~l Prince ~fred rospit 1, the

N.R.H.A., DepartMent of Public He~-tlth, and the LocrJ. members for P2.rliaMent, ~~ skir>..g for

their co-opera tion in having Jlissenden Road, between King Street ~d Carillon . venue declare
