BE IT REMEMBERED, that a regular meeting of the Board of supervisors of Harrison

county, Mississippi was begun and held in tile meeting room of the Board of Supervisors of

Harrison county, located in the second Judicial District Courtllouse at Biloxi, Mississippi, on

the SECOND MONDAY OF OCTOBER 2003, being October 13, 2003, the same being the time

fixed by law and the place fixed by the Order of the Board of Supervisors Of Harrison County

at a former meeting thereof for holding said meeting of said Board.

THERE WERE PRESENT and in attendance on said Board, William W. Martin, President of

said Board, presiding; Bobby Eleuterlus, Larry Benefield, Marlin R. Ladner, and Connie M.

Rockco, members of said Board of supervisors; Tal Flurry, Tax Assessor for Harrison County,

Mississippi; George H. Payne, Jr., Sheriff of Harrison County, Mississippi; and John MCAdams,

Chancery Clerk and EX-Officio Clerk of said Board.

WHEREUPON, after the proclamation of the Sheriff, the following proceedings wer~

WHEREAS, Mr. Lee Magee appeared before the Harrison (ounty Board of Supervisol~s

WHEREAS, tile Board IleaI'd and considereej statements from Mr. Lee Magee, Mr. AI

ARTICLE III. The Board shall perform all the work described in Articles 1 and II inaccordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standluds (23 CFR 650 C) and detailed instructionsprovided by theStatc Aid Engineer.

ARTICLE IV. The supervision ofall phases ofthe inspection, inventory and evaluation willbe the responsibili ty of the Bomd, acting through it's County Engi.neer and subject to inspection andapproval of the State Aid Engineer or his representatives.
