22. Transfers of appropriationsIn accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decidedto raise no objection to transfer of appropriations INF 1/2016 by the European External ActionService.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decidedto raise no objection to transfers of appropriations V/AB-03/C/16, V/AB-04/T/16, V/AB-05/A/16and V/AB-06/T/16 by the Court of Auditors.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decidedto approve transfers of appropriations DEC 08/2016, DEC 09/2016, DEC 10/2016 and DEC11/2016 by the Commission.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Unionhad informed the budgetary authority of the approval of transfers of appropriations DEC 08/2016and DEC 10/2016 - Section III – Commission.
