Nata nel 2002 dall’aggregazione di 11 aziende municipalizzate emiliano-romagnole, prima esperienza nazionale di questo tipo, nel tempo Hera ha intrapreso un cammino di crescita costante ed equilibrata, incorporando nel Gruppo altre società attive negli stessi ambiti. Hera, quotata in Borsa dal 2003, è oggi tra le maggiori multiutility nazionali e opera principalmente nei settori ambiente (gestione rifiuti), idrico (acquedotto, fognature e depurazione) ed energia (distribuzione e vendita di energia elettrica, gas e servizi energia). Si aggiungono poi l’illuminazione pubblica e i servizi di telecomunicazione. Born in 2002 out of the aggregation of 11
municipal companies operating in Emilia-
Romagna, first corporation of its kind
nationwide, over time Hera has embarked on
a journey of consistent and balanced growth,
incorporating other companies active in the
same areas. Hera, publicly listed since 2003,
is now among the nation’s largest multi-utilities
and works mainly in the environment (waste
management), water (aqueduct, sewerage
and purification) and energy (electricity,
gas distribution and sales, energy services)
sectors. Other services offered include public
lighting and telecommunications. Its range of
activities undergoes continuous and constant
development, and reflects the five levers
on which the Group’s strategic orientation
is founded: growth, efficiency, excellence,
innovation and agility.
Within the panorama of public services in
Italy, the Hera Group’s leadership can easily
be recognised in a few figures: almost 9,000
employees who meet the needs of 4.4 million
citizens in over 350 municipalities in Emilia-

Hera is a publicly owned company with over
220 public shareholders holding roughly 52%
of the share capital. Many of these (118) are
brought together by a syndicate agreement,
renewed in 2015 and effective until 30 June
2018, which holds 49.6% of the share capital.
The remaining 47.9% is floating, and includes
both private shareholders and institutional
investors. The diffuse nature of its shareholders
has consistently allowed the Group’s
management to respond to the orientation set
out by the members of the BoD, while pursuing
long-sighted strategies geared towards the
company’s overall development.

Hera è una società a prevalente capitale pubblico, con oltre 220 soci pubblici che detengono circa il 52% del capitale sociale. Una parte di questi (118) è riunita in un patto di sindacato, rinnovato nel 2015 e in vigore fino al 30 giugno 2018, che detiene il 49,6% del capitale sociale. Il restante 47,9% del capitale è flottante e vede la presenza sia di azionisti privati sia di investitori istituzionali.La distribuzione diffusa dell’azionariato ha sempre consentito al management del Gruppo di rispondere agli indirizzi dei soci rappresentati in CdA e, al contempo, di perseguire strategie di largo respiro finalizzate allo sviluppo complessivo dell’azienda.

FORLÌ REMOTE CONTROL CENTRE
The Forlì remote control centre, unique in
Italy and at the forefront in Europe, monitors
420,000 points and 4,400 plants, acquiring 18
million pieces of data per day and controlling in
real time Hera’s water, gas and district heating
networks, whose total length comes to roughly
87 thousand km in Emilia-Romagna, Triveneto
and Marche.
The centre, home to a team of about 70
operators, guarantees that all requests for
immediate intervention across the areas
served are received: the technical call center,
active seven days a week and 24 hours a day,
manages 260 entry lines and 370 thousand calls
per year, generating 130 thousand work orders,
all geo-referenced and monitored as to their
progress. The system allows remote control
information to appear in all of the company’s
operating structures simultaneously, with all of
the data concerning plants consulted in real
time. Additionally, thanks to the cloud service,
all of the plants’ management parameters are
constantly available to technicians, even outside
the centre itself.
IL POLO DI TELECONTROLLO A FORLÌ
Il polo di telecontrollo di Forlì, unico in Italia e all’avanguardia a livello europeo,
monitora 420 mila punti e 4.400 impianti, acquisendo 18 milioni di informazioni
al giorno e controllando in tempo reale reti idriche, gas e teleriscaldamento di Hera,
estese per circa 87 mila km in Emilia-Romagna, Triveneto e Marche.
Il centro, in cui lavora una settantina di addetti, garantisce la ricezione di tutte
le chiamate di pronto intervento sul territorio: il call center tecnico, attivo tutti i giorni
24 ore su 24, gestisce 260 linee in ingresso e 370 mila telefonate all’anno, generando
130 mila ordini di lavoro georeferenziati e monitorati nel loro avanzamento. Il sistema
mette a disposizione la visibilità simultanea da parte di tutte le strutture operative
aziendali, le informazioni del Tlc per la consultazione di tutti i dati impiantistici in tempo
reale e, grazie al servizio cloud, tutti i parametri di gestione degli impianti sono sempre
disponibili ai tecnici, anche in mobilità.
9PROFILO DI GRUPPO
IGIENE AMBIENTALE, UN SERVIZIO SU MISURA PER OGNI TERRITORIO
Sono 188 i comuni di Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche, Toscana e Veneto in cui il Gruppo Hera svolge servizi di igiene ambientale.Raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti urbani, lavaggio e pulizia di strade, marciapiedi, portici, aree verdi, bonifica delle aree degradate e pulizia dei litorali sono le attività svolte, giorno dopo giorno, con le tecniche di gestione e i sistemi di raccolta più adatti alle caratteristiche territoriali e urbanistiche di ogni territorio. Si tratta, infatti, di sistemi modulabili sulla base dei diversi contesti (es. centro storico, zone industriali o residenziali, aree rurali).
In generale, il sistema di gestione dei rifiuti di Hera è caratterizzato da tre servizi principali: - raccolte territoriali: per utenze familiari e piccole utenze non domestiche,
a seconda del contesto possono prevedere contenitori stradali o porta a porta;
- raccolte domiciliari “utenze target”: per utenze non domestiche produttrici di specifici rifiuti assimilati agli urbani (cartone nei negozi, vetro o lattine nei bar, organico in mense e ristoranti, ecc.);
- stazioni ecologiche: a disposizione del cittadino per il conferimento differenziato dei vari rifiuti urbani, anche pericolosi.
A questo si aggiungono le raccolte capillari come quelle su chiamata per i rifiuti ingombranti, per il verde o la raccolta di alcune tipologie di rifiuti presso specifici esercizi.

The Hera Group carries out environmental
cleaning services for 188 municipalities in
Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche,
Tuscany and Veneto.
Urban waste recycling, street sweeping and
cleaning, environmental maintenance of
sidewalks, porticos and green areas, recovery
of deteriorated areas and coastal cleaning are
all conducted every day. The management
techniques and collection systems involved
are highly adapted to the rural and urban
characteristics of each area. These systems
can in fact take on different shapes according to
the various contexts for which they are intended
(e.g. historical centre, industrial or residential
areas, rural zones).
Overall, Hera’s system of waste management is
marked by three main services:
- local collection: for families or small non-
household users, varying with each context
these may involve street containers or door-to-
door collection;
- “targeted user” collection: for non-
household users that produce specific types
of waste, within the category of urban waste
(cardboard in shops, glass or tin cans in caffés,
organic waste in caffeterias and restaurants,
etc.);
- ecological depots: available for citizens to
dispose of various kinds of sorted urban waste,
including dangerous waste.
Additionally, more specific forms of collection
are available on request for items such as bulky
waste, green materials or a few types of waste
produced by certain businesses.

“Sulle tracce dei rifiuti” (www.gruppohera.it/
report), which records the percentage of sorted
waste that is actually recovered in municipalities
across the Emilia-Romagna, Triveneto and
Marche regions, served by the company, and in

Nata il 1° luglio 2009, Herambiente concentra in un’unica società le dotazioni impiantistiche, le competenze e le professionalità che rendono il Gruppo Hera un attore leader nel trattamento dei rifiuti. Questi i numeri: 91 impianti certificati, 6,4 milioni di tonnellate di rifiuti trattati ogni anno, circa 1.400 operatori specializzati e una struttura commerciale dedicata. Con performance importanti in termini di innovazione, tecnologia, efficienza, responsabilità e tutela dell’ambiente, la multiutility conferma prioritaria attenzione all’economia circolare attraverso nuove iniziative di trattamento e recupero dei rifiuti. Ne sono esempio la realizzazione di uno dei primi impianti in Italia per la produzione di biometano a Sant’Agata Bolognese, e l’acquisizione di Aliplast, primaria realtà specializzata nella raccolta e riciclo di rifiuti plastici e conseguente rigenerazione. Due esperienze capaci di “chiudere il cerchio”, partendo dalle famiglie e tornando nelle case, con un processo integrato che conduce al riutilizzo della materia.
Grazie al know-how e alla forte dotazione impiantistica, Herambiente è in grado di operare su tutte le tipologie di rifiuti, sia urbani sia speciali (pericolosi e non), originati dalla raccolta urbana e dalle attività industriali e produttive.

3.6 million citizens served: these are the
figures that make the Hera Group one of
the nation’s largest operators in integrated
water services management, which includes

Oltre 53 mila km di rete, circa 900 tra impianti di produzione, potabilizzatori e depuratori, 3,6 milioni di cittadini serviti: sono questi i numeri che rendono il Gruppo Hera uno dei maggiori operatori nazionali nella gestione del servizio idrico integrato, che comprende captazione, potabilizzazione, distribuzione, fognatura e depurazione.
L’alto livello di innovazione del Gruppo e il suo orientamento all’eccellenza hanno determinato una media di 97 milioni di euro all’anno di investimenti in infrastrutture nel periodo 2001-2016, con l’implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche all’avanguardia che prevedono l’automazione e il telecontrollo di reti e impianti. Si chiama Piano per la salvaguardia della balneazione (Psbo) ed è il più grande
intervento di risanamento fognario attualmente in corso in Italia. Punta a eliminare
gli scarichi a mare della città di Rimini entro il 2020, evitando così i divieti alla
balneazione. L’obiettivo è quello di fornire una risposta efficace alle esigenze della
capitale del turismo estivo italiano, il cui sistema idrico deve ormai fare fronte,
ogni anno, a 16 milioni di pernottamenti.
Il Psbo prevede lo stanziamento complessivo di 154 milioni di euro e la
realizzazione di 11 interventi su condotte fognarie ed impianti depurativi, per più
della metà già portati a compimento.

RIMINI: A TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGE
FOR THE FUTURE
Known as the Rimini Seawater Protection
Plan, it is the largest sewerage reclamation
intervention currently in progress in Italy. It aims
at eliminating all drainage into the sea from the
city of Rimini within 2020, thus eliminating the
ban on swimming.
The goal is to offer an effective solution for
the needs of Italy’s summer tourism capital,
who water system must now face 16 million
overnight stays each year. The Rspp calls for
a total of € 154 million to be allocated, and 11
interventions to be carried out on sewerage
pipes and purification plants, half of which have
already been completed.

RETI GAS E TELERISCALDAMENTO
Attraverso la gestione di circa 21 mila km di rete, il Gruppo Hera distribuisce gas naturale a circa 1,7 milioni di clienti in Emilia-Romagna e Triveneto. Attraverso la partecipata Marche Multiservizi è presente anche nella provincia di Pesaro-Urbino.La gestione delle reti gas si basa su efficienza energetica e attenzione costante alla sicurezza, anche grazie a notevoli investimenti su progetti d’innovazione e miglioramenti del servizio. Fra le eccellenze di quest’ambito spicca l’attività di Pronto intervento: coordinato dal polo di telecontrollo, uno tra i più avanzati in Europa, che garantisce azioni sul posto in un tempo medio inferiore a 35 minuti. Sempre in tema gas, Hera ha avviato la sostituzione massiva dei contatori gas meccanici con nuovi dispositivi elettronici: una rivoluzione tecnologica che prevede l’installazione al 2020 di 1 milione di contatori elettronici gas. Infine, a Bologna, Imola, Forlì, Cesena, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna e Padova il Gruppo offre anche il servizio di teleriscaldamento, attraverso cui distribuisce calore in edifici lontani dal punto di produzione. Attraverso 517 km di rete, Hera serve quasi 85 mila appartamenti per una volumetria allacciata superiore a 20,4 milioni di mc.

Managing roughly 21 thousand km of
networks, the Hera Group distributes gas
to approximately 1.7 million customers in
Emilia-Romagna and Triveneto area. By way
of the controlled company Marche Multiservizi,
it is also present in the province of Pesaro-

Gas network management is geared towards
energy efficiency and constant care given

Il D.Lgs. 164/00 ha introdotto in Italia le gare pubbliche per l’assegnazione della
distribuzione locale di gas e definito 177 ambiti territoriali.
L’obiettivo delle gare è superare la frammentazione del contesto italiano,
concentrare gli operatori, aumentare la loro capacità di investimento assicurando
così servizi migliori e più efficienti.
Per la sicurezza delle reti gas il Gruppo è impegnato in un’attività d’ispezione
programmata, volta a ridurre il numero delle chiamate al pronto intervento. La rete
ispezionata da Hera è al di sopra dello standard minimo richiesto dall’Authority,
con il 56,3% in alta e media pressione e il 78,1% in bassa.

Ha sede a Modena il centro operativo telecontrollo elettricità del Gruppo Hera, che
gestisce gli oltre 12 mila km di reti elettriche e gli impianti di distribuzione elettrica.
Il centro è presidiato 24 ore su 24 e opera in stretto contatto con il call center
tecnico elettricità, che risponde alle richieste di assistenza di tutti i cittadini serviti.
TELECONTROLLO ELETTRICO: SICUREZZA E CONTINUITÀ DEL SERVIZIO
Oggi, dato che sempre più utenti immettono in rete energia elettrica prodotta
da fonti rinnovabili (solare, eolica, ecc.), si rende necessaria una rete intelligente
(smart grid), in grado di gestire in maniera agile e flessibile le variazioni di carico
legate alle condizioni meteo.
Una smart grid previene e minimizza gli impatti dei guasti, dialoga in modo telematico
con gli utenti, integra le azioni di tutti gli utenti connessi alla rete e garantisce l’efficienza
del sistema con elevati livelli di sicurezza, continuità e qualità della fornitura.
Il Gruppo Hera investe da tempo sulle reti intelligenti ad esempio attraverso
automazione di rete e colonnine di ricarica per auto elettriche. Di spicco è il progetto
di modellazione delle reti: uno speciale applicativo informatico studia l’effetto
del collegamento di un impianto fotovoltaico o il guasto di una cabina primaria,
fornendo così informazioni utili a predisporre risposte efficaci e tempestive.

Today, with ever more users injecting electricity
produced by renewable sources (solar energy,
wind farms, etc.) into the grid, a smart grid has
become indispensable to manage the variations
in load due to weather conditions in an agile
and flexible way. A smart grid anticipates and
minimises the impact of malfunctions, is in
constant telematic communication with users,
integrates the actions of users connected to
the grid and guarantees the system’s efficiency
by reaching high levels in the supply’s safety,
continuity and quality. The Hera Group has
been investing in smart grids for some time,
for example by automating grids and charging
points for electric cars. One outstanding project
concerns grid modelling: a special IT application
studies the effect of connecting solar panels or
of a malfunction in a main transformer room,
thus providing information that is useful to
achieve a valuable and timely response.

Located in Modena, the Hera Group’s remote
control centre for power grids manages its over
12 thousand km of power lines and its electricity
distribution plants. The centre is operational 24

Con circa 4 miliardi di metri cubi venduti e circa 1,3 milioni di clienti, il Gruppo Hera è il quarto operatore nazionale nella vendita di gas naturale, mentre con l’energia elettrica raggiunge 880 mila clienti con 9,6 TWh di energia venduta.
Il successo commerciale di Hera si consolida anche grazie alle politiche di approvvigionamento energetico, insieme allo sviluppo di competenze nel settore del mercato all’ingrosso. Attraverso Hera Trading, il Gruppo è operativo per il gas al Punto di scambio virtuale italiano e sui principali hub europei (Baumgarten in Austria, Ncg in Germania e Ttf in Olanda), mentre per l’elettricità, oltre che sulla Borsa elettrica italiana, è presente sui mercati di Francia, Svizzera, Germania, Austria e Slovenia.

With approximately 4 billion m3 sold and
roughly 1.3 million customers, the Hera Group
is the fourth operator nationwide in gas sales,
while in electricity it reaches 880 thousand
customers and 9.6 TWh of energy sold.
One of the factors responsible for consolidating
Hera’s commercial success lies in its energy
procurement policies, together with the
developing competences in the sector of the
wholesale market. Through Hera Trading, the
Group operates for gas at the Italian virtual
trading point and at the main european hubs
(Baumgarten in Austria, Ncg in Germany and
Ttf in Holland), while for electricity, in addition
to the italian electricity market, it operates
in markets located in France, Switzerland,
Germany, Austria and Slovenia.
With a gas portfolio that relies on a mix of spot
contracts, Hera has signed a long-term deal
with the consortium Shah Deniz for purchasing
gas from Azerbaigian through the Trans Adriatic
Pipeline (Tap). For electricity, instead, the Group
has preferred a balanced and flexible mix of
supply, including purchasing on the electricity
market, imports from bordering countries and
an autonomously generated portion.

Hera’s commitment to energy efficiency and to produce renewable energy
All things being equal in terms of results, the
most efficient kind of energy is one that is not
consumed at all. This is the spirit with which
Hera, now ranking among the nation’s main
operators in the sector, faces the issue of
energy efficiency.
A few concrete examples of this orientation are
the ISO 50001 certification granted to seven
Group companies, which account for 77%
of its employees, the planned interventions
that will lead to a 5% reduction in energy
consumption by the end of 2020, and the
establishment of a company, Hera Servizi
Energia, that offers services and projects
for energy optimisation. Other Hera Luce’s
initiatives include upgrading public lighting
systems and using more innovative technologies
to give plants the utmost efficiency. Hera is
furthermore among the nation’s foremost
operators as regards white certificates, with
almost 500 thousand energy efficiency
certificates recognised, based on over 180
energy efficiency projects presented as of
2007.
The projects are particularly concentrated
within the Group, but also concern the tertiary
and industrial sectors, involving third-party
companies and bodies.
All of this has been included in the annual
report “Valore all’energia” since 2015
(www.gruppohera.it/report).
Energy efficiency furthermore means
environmental protection: as of 2017, in fact,
for all activities that remain within the region of
Emilia-Romagna, Hera uses electricity that is
100% produced by renewable sources. This
standard is currently being extended to the
entire area served by the Group.

A parità di attività svolte l’energia più efficiente è quella che non viene consumata. È questo lo spirito con cui Hera si impegna sul fronte dell’efficienza energetica, attestandosi fra i principali operatori nazionali del settore.
Alcuni esempi concreti di questo indirizzo sono la certificazione ISO 50001 - patrimonio di sette società del Gruppo in cui opera il 77% dei lavoratori del Gruppo, la pianificazione di interventi che portino alla riduzione del 5% dei consumi energetici entro la fine del 2020 e l’istituzione di una società, Hera Servizi Energia, che offre servizi e progetti di ottimizzazione energetica. A questo Hera Luce aggiunge la riqualificazione dei sistemi di pubblica illuminazione e l’uso delle tecnologie più innovative per massimizzare l’efficienza degli impianti. Hera è inoltre fra i maggiori operatori nazionali per l’acquisizione di certificati bianchi, con quasi 500 mila titoli di efficienza energetica riconosciuti a fronte di oltre 180 progetti di efficienza energetica presentati dal 2007. I progetti, in particolare, sono rivolti all’interno, ma anche al settore terziario e a quello industriale, coinvolgendo aziende e soggetti terzi. Tutto questo viene rendicontato nel report annuale “Valore all’energia” dal 2015 (www.gruppohera.it/report).
Efficienza energetica significa inoltre tutela dell’ambiente: dal 2017, infatti, per tutte le attività che insistono sul territorio emiliano-romagnolo Hera impiega energia elettrica proveniente al 100% da fonti rinnovabili, uno standard in via di estensione all’intero perimetro del Gruppo.

AL TOP DELL’ECONOMIA CIRCOLARE E SOSTENIBILITÀ
Europa, Stati Uniti e Sudamerica, ma non solo: vengono da ogni parte del mondo le aziende inserite dalla Fondazione Ellen MacArthur nel CE100, un prestigioso programma che coinvolge le principali realtà internazionali capaci di distinguersi per l’impegno nella transizione verso un’economia circolare. Fra queste c’è anche il Gruppo Hera, tra le prime società italiane ad aver completato con successo il percorso di inserimento nel programma, del quale fanno parte anche primarie istituzioni e università, con l’intento di favorire la conoscenza dei temi legati all’economia circolare, lo scambio di esperienze, l’avvio di progetti in partnership e collaborazioni nel campo della ricerca e sviluppo.Per l’ingresso di Hera nel CE100 è stato decisivo il rilevante anticipo nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissati dall’Unione Europea per l’economia circolare nei territori serviti dal Gruppo, l’impegno in termini di efficienza energetica, con il target di riduzione del 5% dei consumi al 2020 e l’utilizzo di sola energia rinnovabile a partire dal 2017. Senza contare i progetti per la produzione di biometano, l’energia elettrica rinnovabile prodotta attraverso la biodigestione del rifiuto organico e l’ingresso nel settore del riciclo della plastica con l’acquisizione di Aliplast, eccellenza nazionale del settore.
Di recente, inoltre, Hera è entrata a far parte anche della Fondazione Global Compact Network Italia, rete italiana del Global Compact, alla quale aderiscono più di 50 organizzazioni maggiormente impegnate nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sostenibilità ONU al 2030.

Hera Group is among Italy’s first companies

necessary to become part of CE100, a
prestigious program of Ellen MacArthur Foundation
that unites the main international actors - including
institutions and universities - who stand out for
their commitment to the transition to a circular
economy. Various key elements are responsible for
Hera’s entry within the CE100. The goals set by
the European Union for a circular economy have
been met well ahead of time in the areas served
by the Group. Its commitment to energy efficiency
is clear, with the target of reducing consumption by
5% within 2020, and its exclusive use of renewable
energy as of 2017. Not to mention its projects for
biomethane production, the renewable electricity
it produces through biodigestion of organic waste,
and its entry in the plastic recycling sector thanks
to the acquisition of Aliplast, a national leader in
this sector. Furthermore, Hera has recently joined
the Global Compact Network Italy Foundation,
established with the purpose of contributing to the
development of the UN Global Compact in Italy;
more than 50 Organizations committed in achieving
the 2030 UN sustainable development goals have
taken part in this network.

to the local communities, oriented towards
the environment, social issues, professional
training and future generations.
Environmental education. The educational
projects entitled “La grande macchina del
mondo” and “Un pozzo di scienza” are offered
each year to roughly 100 thousand students at
all levels of learning.
Alternating school and work. To be launched
within 2018, 180 paths will allow high school
students to spend a period of time in one of
the Group’s facilities, discovering the world
of employment and integrating their own
knowledge.
HeraLab. Boards made up of members of
local communities, based on the requirements
of the various areas served, propose to the
company initiatives aimed at improving the
sustainability of the services provided. Over 30
projects have already been set into place.
Cambia il finale. A project for reusing bulky
waste that is still in good condition (over
750 tonnes recovered in 2016), which calls
the citizens of over 80 municipalities to
participate alongside a network of non-profit
organisations.
CiboAmico. Meals left uneaten in the Group’s
cafeterias are sent – through local non-profit
organisations – to people who are currently
going through difficult moments. 10,500 meals
recovered in 2016.
FarmacoAmico. Medicine that has not
reached its expiry date and has been
adequately conserved is recovered and,
through a network of pharmacies and non-
profit organisations, sent to people in need.
Approximately 40,500 boxes of medicine
reused in 2016.
STANDING BESIDE THE LOCALITIES SERVED
Educazione ambientale. I progetti educativi “La grande macchina del mondo” e “Un pozzo di scienza” coinvolgono ogni anno circa 100 mila studenti delle scuole di ogni ordine e grado.
Alternanza scuola-lavoro. Grazie all’avvio di 180 percorsi entro il 2018, gli studenti delle scuole superiori possono trascorrere un periodo nelle varie sedi del Gruppo, scoprendo il mondo del lavoro e integrando le proprie conoscenze.
HeraLab. I consigli composti da membri delle comunità locali, sulla base delle esigenze dei vari territori, propongono all’azienda iniziative per migliorare la sostenibilità dei servizi erogati. Oltre 30 i progetti già realizzati.
Cambia il finale. Il progetto per il riuso di ingombranti ancora in buono stato (oltre 750 tonnellate recuperate nel 2016) si avvale della collaborazione dei cittadini di oltre 80 comuni e di una rete di onlus.
CiboAmico. I pasti non consumati nelle mense del Gruppo vengono destinati – attraverso le onlus dei territori – a persone che versano in situazione di difficoltà. 10.500 pasti recuperati nel 2016.
FarmacoAmico. I farmaci non ancora scaduti e adeguatamente conservati, attraverso una rete di farmacie e onlus, vengono recuperati e destinati a chi ne ha più bisogno. Circa 40.500 le confezioni riutilizzate nel 2016.

Vicinanza e attenzione al cliente rappresentano i pilastri fondamentali su cui si basa l’azione del Gruppo, che investe risorse importanti nel continuo sviluppo dei propri canali di contatto: sportelli fisici capillari, con tempi di attesa in diminuzione e ampliamento degli orari di apertura; call center differenziati per target; canali web di self caring, con i Servizi Hera Online attivi 24 ore su 24. Soddisfatti i clienti: dall’indagine di customer satisfaction emerge infatti un apprezzamento complessivo di 76 su 100 per gli sportelli fisici, di 77 su 100 per lo sportello online e di 76 su 100 per il call center.
La società Hera Comm, attraverso una strategia basata su un’offerta multibusiness e soluzioni su misura del cliente, si occupa della vendita dei servizi energetici a mercato libero, nonché di fatturazione e assistenza post-vendita. La sua rete commerciale – composta da sportelli, key account e agenti – è in continua estensione, come dimostra l’apertura di nuovi Hera Comm Point.Hera Comm, inoltre, controlla il 51% di EstEnergy, società di vendita di servizi energetici in Veneto e Friuli-Venezia Giulia, che gestisce anche gli sportelli clienti AcegasApsAmga di Padova e Trieste. Hera Comm Marche, invece, è presente nelle Marche e in Abruzzo.
Il Gruppo serve oltre 2,3 milioni di clienti energy, garantisce alti standard di servizio e di assistenza post-vendita e si attiene a tutte le tutele definite dall’Aeegsi, aggiungendone altre di sua iniziativa e registrando così una costante diminuzione dei reclami.

Keeping in touch with customers and showing
attention to their needs are fundamental for the
Group’s activity, with considerable resources
invested in continuously developing its own
contact channels: an extensive system of help
desks, with waiting time dropping and opening
hours increasing; call centres, differentiated
by target; web channels for self caring, with
Hera’s Online Services active 24 hours a day.
Customer satisfaction surveys show a positive
response, with overall approval coming to 76 out
of 100 for the help desks, 77 out of 100 for the
online desk and 76 out of 100 for the call centre.
The company Hera Comm, using a strategy
based on a multibusiness approach and
solutions tailoured to each client, is involved
in sales in free market energy services, as well
as invoicing and post-sales assistance. Its
commercial network – made up of help desks,
key accounts and agents – is under continuous
expansion, as can be seen by the opening of
new Hera Comm Points.
Hera Comm furthermore controls 51% of
EstEnergy, an energy services sales company
operating in Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia,
which also manages the help desks for
customers of AcegasApsAmga in Padua and
Trieste. Hera Comm Marche, instead, is present
in Marche and Abruzzo.
The Group serves over 2.3 million energy
customers, guarantees high standards in
service and post-sales assistance, and
conforms to all forms of protection defined by
the Aeegsi, taking the initiative to add others and
thus consistently recording fewer complaints.

Sono già tre, in questo senso, le app gratuite messe a disposizione per consentire a chiunque di avere nel palmo della propria mano tutto quello che serve per orientarsi nel mondo di Hera.Il Rifiutologo è la app che associa a ogni rifiuto la corrispondente modalità di conferimento. Con più di 150 mila download, il Rifiutologo permette inoltre di effettuare foto-segnalazioni relative a situazioni di abbandono, attivando direttamente il personale di Hera per la loro risoluzione.L’Acquologo, più recente, consente di conoscere la qualità dell’acqua del rubinetto, fare l’autolettura del proprio contatore e ricevere altre informazioni utili.L’ultima arrivata in casa Hera, infine, è My Hera, una app che aiuta il cliente a gestire servizi, forniture e altri aspetti della sua relazione con Hera. Permette di pagare e consultare online le proprie bollette, effettuare l’autolettura, monitorare l’andamento dei propri consumi e accedere a una pluralità di altri servizi, anche grazie al collegamento con le altre app del Gruppo.

With an eye to technological innovation and to
changes in its customers’ expectations, Hera
has been working for some time on letting them
interact with the company in an ever more
immediate and simple way. In this sense, three
free apps have already been made available,
allowing anyone to have all they need to find
their way around in Hera’s world, right in the
palm of their hand. Il Rifiutologo is the app that
links each type of waste to the most appropriate
method of disposal. With over 150 thousand
downloads, Il Rifiutologo additionally allows
photo-notifications of abandoned waste to be
sent, directly alerting Hera staff and getting the
problem solved.
The more recently introduced Acquologo
provides information as to the quality of tap water
and lets customers read their own meters and
receive other useful information.
The most recent member of the Hera family
is My Hera, an app that helps customers
managing services, supply and other aspects
of their relation with Hera. Bills can be paid and
consulted online, self-readings done and trends
in one’s own consumption monitored. A range of
other services is also offered, thanks to a simple
connection with the Group’s other apps.

ACANTHO: LA SOCIETÀ DELLE TELECOMUNICAZIONI
Il Gruppo Hera opera anche nel campo delle telecomunicazioni con Acantho, la controllata che offre servizi integrati di connettività dati, telefonia, video, data center, internet a banda larga e wireless. Tutto ciò con particolare attenzione al territorio di riferimento, in cui Acantho ha realizzato un data center di 1.600 mq e una rete in fibra ottica di quasi 4 mila km, che si espande dalle aree cittadine alle zone periferiche, con un potenziamento per le zone rurali e montane.
