Mission The Mission of the Holland Free Health Clinic (HFHC) is to express the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by facilitang access to health care for those in need. Holland Free Health Clinic is a Chrisan health ministry that ensures access to health services for the underserved, providing free care with a holisc ap- proach that addresses needs of the mind, body, and spirit. Support Programs of Holland Free Health Clinic are sup- ported by financial donaons and the generous services of professionals and other volunteers. This allows us to provide quality care that is free to our clients. Even with this ongoing support, HFHC is always in need of volunteers and donaons. Eligibility Eligible clients must live in Ottawa or Allegan County and have no insurance or have limitations with Medicaid, Medicare, or Veteran’s coverage. Clients must also have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines AND pro-vide proof of income. Interested patients can also verify eligibility on our website: hfhclinic.org

Application Process To start the process, call between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mon-Thurs to schedule an eligibility assess-ment. If eligible, an appointment will be made to bring in all required documentation and sign forms. At that time, if all the information is complete, the client will be enrolled and the process to ob-tain services will be started.

Program Services

Dental Area dentists and hygienists offer both dental hygiene and dental extraction and restoration services. We also provide x-rays and education for our clients, and those needing additional care will be referred within our network of volunteer dentists.

Vision Volunteer eye doctors provide free eye exams and those who qualify are provided free eye glasses too. We also offer comprehensive diabetic eye exams.

Diabetic Services Trained volunteers and diabetic education profession-als provide coaching in diabetes management and lifestyle changes to improve the quality of life for those living with diabetes. We also offer free test strips, monitors, and lancets for those who qualify.

Counseling Professional counselors provide a stable connection, a caring relationship, and support links to those expe-riencing emotional difficulties to the point of declin-ing quality of life.

Hearing Community partners provide free audiology testing and discounted new and refurbished hearing aids to those who qualify.

Medication Assistance provided to apply for Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Programs to receive free medication.

Foot Care Pamper & Prayer monthly foot clinic is designed to care for the physical need of foot care as well as the spiritual need of prayer. Sessions include a warm foot bath, massage, nail/callus care and foot exam.

Chiropractic Care Our community partner, Parkhurst Chiropractic provides onsite assessment and free therapy to patients that qualify. We host a monthly Chiropractic Clinic run by Parkhurst chiropractors and therapists. Services include care for acute and chronic conditions including, fibromyalgia, neck pain, scoliosis, etc.
