TELESTECH-System
Overview
Two-Way Radio Based, Real-Time, Person and Object Security System
During the development much attention was paid to easy and save
the system by the end user and emphasis was put on using the latest
technologies available. This combination guarantees an optimal use of the
TELESTECH system by the end user. There is no need for any user
intervention during normal operational use as the TELESTECH system
operates quietly in the background as a silent companion. In unusual and
irregular circumstances the user will be notified to a
situation.
Features
TELESTECH systems offer the following features:
Radio signalling system to protect personnel
 Person and lone-worker protection
Documentation system for logging security relevant tasks
System for the administration of fault signals and external alarms

Radio Device Control
Overview
The RDC software (Radio Device Control) sets new standards in controlling
Kenwood NEXEDGE digital PMR radios. Legacy equipment and
consoles occupying a lot of space in office areas are now a thing of the past.
A dispatcher can now control up to four Kenwood NEXEDGE digital radios
through a simple graphical user interface (RDC software)
connected to a RDC hardware interface via IP. Voice and control data are being
sent to the individual radios via the RDC interface hardware. More than one
dispatcher can access the RDC hardware interface at any time. This enable
multiple dispatchers to access the radios simultaneously.
Fast integration is easily achieved through the usage of standard Ethernet IP
interfaces. This means the RDC can simply be deployed into existing NEXEDGE
radio systems or office IP network installations. It is possible to use legacy PMR
radio systems in parallel to Kenwood NEXEDGE systems, as an optional extra.
The optional “GPS Location Service” allows the display of Kenwoo
radios within Google maps. Extra hardware may be required for each Kenwood
