Farewell & Thank You Fr. Joe
Fr. Joe will complete his assignment of priestly ministry at St. Michael with the Masses celebrated next weekend (June 20-21). We are grateful for his ministry to our parish and school over the past six months, for his availability for funeral and special Masses, his engaging homilies and for sharing with us his passion for restoring vintage automobiles, espe-cially his Ford pick-up truck! All this while continuing his ministry as archdiocesan Adjunct Vicar Judicial and assignment to the Metropolitan Tribunal.
Thank You, Fr. Joe! If you would like to send Father a card or note of thanks you may give it to him after each of the Masses next weekend or mail it to him care of: Rev. Joseph L. Newton, JCL The Metropolitan Tribunal P.O. Box 1410 Indianapolis, IN. 46206 Unfortunately, I will be away from the parish next weekend attending the archdiocesan retreat for Permanent Deacons. I would like to express what a privilege it has been for me personally to serve with Fr. Joe---may he leave with memories of St. Michael Parish and School as fond as ours are of him.
