Mississippi Mud Pie What you need ½ pound butter Softened 1 ½\ Cups sugar 3 Squares unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled 2 teaspoon Vanilla 4 eggs (1) 9- inch prepared pie crust Toppings ; whipped cream chocolate chips, chopped nuts chocolate syrup. What you do In a medium- sized bowl, mash butter and sugar together with a wooden spoon and then add the chocolate and vanilla stirring well Add egg to the butter mixture one at a time beat each 5 minutes with ecectric mixer at medium speed ask for help if you need to give your arm a rest . Pour mixture into the pie shell and refrigerate for several hours to set . Top with one or all of the toppings
