About us
Over the past three years the market has experienced an
unprecedented uplift in demand for digitally experienced senior
executive and specialist candidates across product, strategy, data &
analytics, CX. UX/Design, engineering, sales & marketing.
While growth in talent supply remains relatively flat, breakoutdemand is being driven globally by two key factors:
The digital transformation (DX) of mature enterprise organisations &industries. DX investment is currently growing at ~18% YOY and
expected to reach an annual run rate of USD $2.1Trillion globally by
2019.
An uplift in venture technology investment which has trended atmore than 50% year on year growth for the past three years. In 2015
USD $128.5 Billion was invested in venture technology globally, up
from 89.4 Billion in 2014. Notably, investment in Asia was up 300%
year on year in 2015 to USD $39.7 Billion.
