Make sure your compartments are empty before loading, cross check the sight glass and product sensors, the green Ball in the sight bubble on the loading/discharge head with the internal valves open. If there is product you can contaminate the product you are loading as well as taking the chance of overloading your compartment and having a DOME OUT This could cause a fire and/or explosion that could potentially result in death and is considered to be one of the most dangerous situations a driver can have happen to them during a loading operation.

Make Sure The product that is being loaded to each compartment is the proper type and amount for the size of the compartment and from the description on the dispatch sheet. Cross Check! All types and insure accurate loading.

Make sure the (compartment's) you are loading are the same loadable scalable quantities on the trailer and cross checks them to the quantities that you preset on the meter. DO NOT preset a larger amount to speed the loading process by stopping the loading process, changing compartments, and restarting the process. This is an illegal loading operation and can result in you and the company being locked out by the shipper for Life. Remember that knowingly following incorrect and/or dangerous procedures can result in disciplinary actions that could result in your termination.
