Located in Edmonton, THE MARK on 109th is a proposed high-profile mixed-use development project located on 109th Street in the mature neighborhood of McKernan, just 6 blocks from the world-renowned University of Alberta campus and 3 blocks from Whyte Avenue, the heart of Strathcona.

The current design incorporates three residential housing styles with ground level retail fronting 109th Street. The development is replacing post war era single-family dwellings.

The proposed project is 27,000 SF which will require a land swap with the City.

The Proposed Project

Although expired, the previously approved development permit was to construct a 39-dwelling Apartment House with General Retail Stores at Grade. Project consists of 30 Apartment Units, 6 Dwellings of Row Housing, and 3 Live-Work Units. The permit expired in September 2018.
