2019 MEN’S LACROSSE TOP 200 TUESDAY, JUNE 18 - WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19 2020 - 2023 High School Graduates ENROLLMENT The fee for the Top 200 Camp is $390 for overnight campers and $250 for day campers. The camp is open to any and all boys graduating high school in 2020-2023. There is a maximum number of campers permitted in each camp per position, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/ camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. If registering by mail, please make your check payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. Any non-scholastic organization with a group of 5 or more registering the day of the camp must pay with credit card, cash, or money order. No exceptions will be made. DISCOUNTS Children of Ohio State University employees are eligible to receive a discounted employee rate at $340 (overnight) or $200 (day) per camper. Proof of employment (i.e., copy of Employee ID or BuckID) and payment must be provided at the time of registration by mail. Discounts are not available through online registration. Please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. Any non-scholastic organization with a group of 5 or more registering the day of the camp must pay with credit card, cash, or money order. No exceptions will be made. REQUIRED FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. Please visit OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps to obtain these forms. Please complete, sign and send the forms with your child to check-in - do not send the forms to us prior to the date of camp. Athletes will not be permitted to participate without these forms. EQUIPMENT All campers will receive an Ohio State Reversible. All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Protective equipment is required for this camp. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper. TRANSPORTATION Port Columbus International Airport is only 15 minutes from the Ohio State campus. The Ohio State Lacrosse Camp will provide a FREE shuttle service to and from the airport for Instructional Camp Requests for the shuttle must be received in writing no later than 1 week before camp. CONFIRMATION Upon processing of each registration, a confirmation notice will be sent by email. A packet of “Important Information for Registered Campers” (including the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Concussion Information Form) will be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. This packet will not be separately mailed to campers. Please check your email regularly, as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents. REFUNDS A refund less a $75 administrative fee (overnight campers) or $25 administrative fee (day campers) will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp. The administrative fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason. Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax - no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/ camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund. It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any camps by the Ohio State Department of Athletics. Expenses include but are not limited to: lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp registration fees. You are invited to our premier prospect camp, The Top 200. The camp schedule will give each camper the best opportunity to showcase his skills while giving college coaches an accurate evaluation on each camper’s ability. Each college coach in attendance will receive detailed rosters and contact information on each camper at the event. Camp will be structured in two divisions by graduation year - 2020/2021 Division and 2022/2023 Division. FACILITIES - The Top 200 Camp will take place on the indoor Astroplay turf field, outdoor Astroturf and grass fields at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center on the Ohio State campus. State-of-the-art training facilities will be open during all practice sessions. Evening sessions will be played under the lights at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center!
