Brendan can’t wait to share his knowledge as he encourages students to create unique dishes and learn international techniques. Send your taste buds to Greece, Vietnam, Japan and India. SCINTILLATING SCIENCE No previous experience necessary. Four days of non-stop science predictions, experiments and interpretations. Join MLC Science specialist Danielle Wright to discover the depths below the sea, examine cool bodily systems, sample the Swan River, marvel over the northern lights, cook in a solar oven and bounce into explosions. ART WITH ATTITUDE Let your imagination run wild with these crazily creative days. Participants will be guided with passion and enthusiasm by MLC staff member Liz Bozsa, who is a Fashion Design and Fine Art graduate with a major in Photography.
