Strategy No.3. Appeal University to get International Experts in HR to train (MDP/FDP) for HR faculty. People from HBS/ LSB.

Strategy No.4. Workshop for HR teachers once in 6 months on teaching pedagogy in HR

Strategy No.5. Appeal University to arrange IIM / XLRI/ TISS/ ISB…..HR Professor, to train

Strategy No.6. Appeal University have One Global HR Conference/ World Congress once in 2 years [collaboration with any B-School / college], and get HR gurus to address
