COGGINS TESTSCurrent Negative Coggins Tests must be presented for every horse on the show grounds, showing or not.
HARD HATS AND ATTIRE Protective ASTM/SEI approved head gear must be worn by all riders while mounted. Properattire includes breeches and boots or boots and half chaps. Polo or collared shirts areallowed.
SCHOOLINGFriday, schooling will be available from 12-7pm. All horses will have a $25 schooling fee.Riders will be allowed to hack in Hunter rings Saturday and Sunday until 7:30AM. You musthave a back number to school.
ENTRY FEESHunter/equitation/Jumper Classes $25. Hunter Derby/Mini Prix $50. Classics $40. $20 OfficeFee/Horse.
PARKING Ample parking is available in designated areas. To eliminate congestion in the barn lanes,please move trailers to the designated area immediately after unloading. DO NOT PARK INTHE FIRE LANES.
DOGS All dogs on show grounds must be kept on a leash.

STABLINGAll entries must have a stall. Trailering in is not permitted at the NEC. Friday-Sunday is $85 perhorse. Move in is at 12 on Friday. Please call Mo in advance for stalls and shavings: (469) 733-8225.
When blocks of stalls are reserved, trainers need to identify who they are to be billed to uponarrival. If tack stalls are to be split, present a list to the office detailing who gets billed and howmuch. Without the list of split details, whoever ordered the tack stall is responsible for the entireamount. All horses must have stalls. Anyone in unassigned stalls will be moved and charged an$85 daily stall fee. Check with management for assigned stalls.
SHAVINGSAll shavings orders and payments will be handled at the horse show office. No deliveries will bemade after 5pm. All shavings must be purchased through the office ($9/bag/2 bag minimum). Nooutside shavings may be brought into the facility per NEC rules. Anyone bringing in outsideshavings will be charged a $25 per-stall clean-up fee.
CHAMPIONSHIPSJumper championships will be cumulative over two days. Three classes must be shown in tocount. Hunters must have shown in three classes to qualify.
CLASSICSAll classics must have six or more entries to fill. Entry fee is $50. Prize money awarded as followsto first through fifth place: $50, $40, $30, $20, $10.
ADDS AND SCRATCHES All adds/scratches during the show must be made on the form provided in the horse showoffice. Horses shown in a class which they have not entered will be required to pay a doubleclass fee. No credit for scratches will be made unless the proper form is filled out prior to classcompletion. Horses shown in a class which they have not entered will be charged a double classfee.
Show management reserves the right to prohibit or disqualify exhibitors; change, cancel, orcombine classes at their discretion.
