Tire PIN 256K43-3, SIN removed 91050369, SIN installed 10210474. See Aero Repair' s 8130-3 #21102 dated 2/20/02 for details of overhaul.

Replaced #2 Tire and Wheel Assembly with Aero Repair overhauled unit IJNW PSP 601-2 Chapter 32-41-11. Wheel removed PIN 5009029-1, SIN MAR90-0195, installed PIN 5009029-1 , SIN AUG96-1053 . Tire PIN 256K43-3, SIN removed 90171158, SIN installed 10910026. See Aero Repair's 8130-3 #82801 dated 08/31/01 for details of overhaul.

Removed #1 Oxygen Cylinder and Regulator Assembly, and installed new Scott Aviation supplied cylinder and regulator assembly. Assembly PIN 895-01015 includes: cylinder removed SIN 1068, cylinder installed SIN 11183, and regulator PIN 803213-01 SIN removed 1114, SIN installed 8246. See Scott Aviation's 8130-3 #CO 411940, dated 2/21/02 for new part certification. Manufacture test date on installed cylinder is 10-01, cylinder hydro test and regulator function test next due 10-2004, cylinder scrap date 10/2016.

AD 95-17-14 Functional test horizontal stabilizer trim actuator brake, C/W Al-4 by ops testing, actuator stopped within Y. degree travel, ok for continued service. Next check due at 7731 aircraft hours.
