CABINET PANELS• Sides, bottoms, backs, partitions, tops, doors, and drawer fronts; constructed

with 3/4” thick, 45# particleboard substrate with thermally fused melamine surface on both sides with all exposed edges edge-banded with 3mm PVC bonded material.

• Fixed shelves, adjustable shelves, and tops of base cabinets and desks; constructed with 1” thick, 45# particleboard substrate with thermally fused melamine surface on both sides with all exposed edges edge-banded with 3mm PVC bonded material.

• Wall cabinets; side, top and back constructed of 5/8” bottom, shelves and doors constructed of thick 45# particleboard substrate with thermally fused melamine surface on both sides with all exposed edges edge-banded with 3mm PVC bonded material.

• Panels are assembled with bolt-through steel tube construction and mar-block fasteners

CABINET SUPPORT• Base cabinets, teacher desk and 72” tall cabinets; mounted on either internally

adjustable levelers only or a combination of casters and internally adjustable levelers. 84” tall cabinets, mounted on internally adjustable levelers only.

• Casters; molded 2-1/2” plate mounted ball bearing swivel type casters concealed within the lower base assembly of the cabinet.

DRAWERS• Drawer sides; fabricated from 18-gauge steel with durable powder coat finish.• Drawer bottoms and backs; fabricated with 5/8” particle board substrate with

thermally fused melamine surface.

HARDWARE• Hinges: European style 110° full overlay with snap closing.• Door and Drawer Pulls: Bar style 1/2” diameter in brushed nickel or black

powder-coat, wire 1/4” pulls in black powder-coat also available.• Optional door and drawer locks are available.
