PhilosophyWe believe In making healthcare available to the community we serve
by removing geographic, transportation, financial and cultural barriers to service.

Chronic diseases can be prevented with available low or no-cost screenings.
Collaboration with Munson Healthcare will provide for seamless patient care with technology, resources, referrals and diagnostic services for our clients.
All nursing staff shall practice according to standards of practice using evidenced based care and while advocating for patient health and wellness.
