What Happens If I Have to Cancel? - Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter or fax) on or before 26th October andreceive a refund less a 10% + VAT service charge. If you cancel between this date and 2nd November then you will receive a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than one week prior to the conference. A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
