OTTHON CENTRUM (OC) is the largest Hungarian REAL ESTATE company

Attrecto has developed four apps for OC in 2013

This application is used by the real-estate agents of

OC who can record and upload the data of new

clients and properties directly into the central

database, including address, images and location

information.

The app lists all similar properties, displayed on the

same map.

These data sheets are saved locally on the tablet / phone and waiting for being uploaded.

Clicking on the button the application starts uploading saved, but unsent properties to

the server. After the data has been uploaded, within a few minutes the properties are

included in the online search results of the website’s users.

The app offers the agent similar properties to visit.

Checking the box next to the address the map will display

the marked properties.

• A drop-down list helps the agent to fill the data quickly and

easily

• After filling the size of a room in one row, another row

appears after pressing enter, this way the agent can add

the size of as many rooms as needed

• Take new photos by clicking on the camera icon

• Titles and descriptions can be added to the pictures in the

The Route Planner app supports real estate agents in their daily itinerary planning, especially when they want to introduce several properties to the possible buyer. Functionality: • Add a new point: The list is extendable with

new addresses • Update: The server reloads the screen

when it’s necessary • Fulfilled Route: The route is considered to

be completed • Settings: Navigate to the settings screen
