The Mobileye C2-170 is never distracted, always looking forward and ready to warn the driver of sudden danger. Mobileye C2-170 calculates the Time to Collision (TTC) to the vehicle ahead, based on the distance, and the relative speed between the two vehicles. Headway Monitoring and Warning (HMW)assists the driver in keeping sufficient headway. Many drivers overestimate the headway to the vehicle in front, not realizing that as their speed increases, the effective headway decreases, leaving them insufficient time to react. The headway monitoring function provides the driver with numerical and color headway data. The headway warning function provides an audio alert when the headway becomes critically short. HMW enhances driving safety, considerably reducing the risk of being involved in an accident.
