installed RRUs. Existing RRU CPRI Optical cable will

be reused for Newly installed RRU’s

Install RRUs on back of Antenna using same Antenna

a.Install RRUs on tower Platform in case of

railing tower or on Ring poles

incase of monopole tower,

RRUs can’t be installed behind the antenna on existing pole due to loading issue. First option solution: install RRU on the wall, recommended distance between RRUs is 500mm, minimum distance between RRUs is 300mm.

Support Required from Mobilink

1. For 3G Sites additional port configuration to perform ping test before swap

2. Involve other vendor support for joint troubleshooting with SLA of 30min

3. 2 hour and 50min troubleshooting window before decision of rollback

4. Extension ECRF if needed will apply before 5:30AM and need PMCL support

to approve it before 5:45AM

5. One Swap TL from PMCL for each activity to coordinate with all internal

teams and Huawei Swap TL to assure activity successful

6. Spares availability on site include RAN , Power, MW

7. Enough NOC and planning engineer of MSTP+ MW+Datacom during activity

consider work for cross connects , media verification of 50 sites per night

8. MW,MSTP LLD await detailed topology +capacity+utilization from PMCL

9. RAN SPC/negotiated data and IuR plan awaited from Mobilink
