Ⅳ Speaking Material Learning Pair WorkAsk your partner this question:

If you want to place an order with company A, what should you do?

Useful Expressions 1. initial order

You may be able to profit special terms on your initial order

We demand of you to ship our initial order as soon as possible.

2.trial order

We should be grateful for your trial order.

We are greatly obliged for your trial order.

3.repeat order

Please repeat last month’s order for:..

4.accept an order

Although your bid is below our level, we accept this order as an exception, with a view to initiating business with you.

We shall be grateful if you could confirm your order on the revised conditions.

6. execution of an order

Once we get your purchase order, we will

begin the execution of the order right away. Our best and prompt attention will be given
