A HAMMER CROSS-HEAD SCREWDRIVER PLEASE NOTE OTHER TOOLS REQUIRED: MODEL: ABR1100 AV CABINET IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 1) Before starting assembly please take time to familiarise yourself with the instructions and the components listed on the back page, as this product could be unstable if incorrectly installed. 2) Do not place hot or cold items against or in close proximity to any glass surface unless an adequately thick insulating material is used to prevent such items coming into contact with the glass. 3) Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed items. 4) When cleaning glass panels use a damp cloth or leather with washing up liquid or soft soap if necessary; do not use washing powders or other substances containing abrasives as these may scratch the glass. 5) Do not sit or stand upon horizontal glass surfaces. 6) In order to maintain a high quality finish, when cleaning wooden panels please use a soft cloth with a suitable furniture polish if required. 7) Alphason Designs uses real wood veneers, consequently slight colour and pattern variation may occur and does not indicate a product defect. With natural wood, exposure to direct sunlight can produce colour change and should be avoided. Any slight change in colour over time does not indicate a product defect.

STAGE 1

Place base panel on its back edge, on a

clean flat surface to avoid scratching. Using

screws attach panels to panel .

Attach panels to panel using screws

. Ensure these panels do not obscure

the slot at the back of base panel .

Insert 4x cams into large holes in panel

. Ensure arrows are pointing to the

outside edge of the panel.

Assemble side panels and onto base

panel . Tighten cams in base panel .

Screw all remaining dowels into top panel .

Take care not to over tighten.

Assemble top panel as shown in fig 5.

Ensure dowel fixings align with corresponding holes in panels

, and .

Tighten all cams from stage 3.

STAGE 8Using screws attach part ii flap hinges in to therebates in the cabinet base panel .

STAGE 7• Using screws , screw part i from flap hinge into

the 3 corresponding rebates in the cabinet door .

Using screws attach both door plates at eitherside of the door .

Position location tape pieces around the

rebate in cabinet door ensure these are

equally spaced around the rebate.

Place glass panel into the rebated area.

Ensure this is firmly stuck in place.

Fit all pine tree clips into correct holes in

the cabinet door . You may need a light

hammer to get these in to place. Take extra Take extra

Attach left and right hand flap stays and

using screws .

STAGE 9

Carefully lay the cabinet on its back. Push roller

glides into roller glide panels .

Turn cabinet around to sit on roller glides .

Finally insert shelf pegs into desired positions in the side panels.(Only shown in one position.)

Place glass shelves and into position.

Attach 1 door buffer to the top end

of each side panel and .

The braking force of the flap stays may require adjustment. This can be achieved by turning the screw arrowed clockwise to tighten the movement or anticlockwise to loosen the movement.

Carefully assemble the door onto the base

panel.

Re-Connect hinges by using connecting

screw from stage 6a.
