FEATURES An exceptionally versatile pouch packaging machine — simple in design and construction for packaging a variety of products utilizing either a web, pusher flight, belt, or combination of all infeed systems. • Especially suited for short run applications due to rapid package size change feature. Design of infeed conveyor provides for adapting automatic feeding arrangements. Package length changes in increments as minute as 1/16" effected by mechanical or electronic means. Machine can register transparent & opaque printed material. Continuous dependable operation utilizing rotary motion principle. Rapid material roll change feature (noncantalever) to insure positive packaging material alignment. Photo electric system for registering one or two sides of preprinted, transparent, and opaque packaging materials. Will process any supported heat seal and cold seal packaging material. SUPPLEMENT FOR MODEL AH
The Model AH Machine was designed for packaging relatively
flat items or assemblies with an aggregate height of up to
1 1/8" in four-sided sealed pouches. The machine can be equipped
with either a web infeed conveyor for soft goods, delicate items,
and products that cannot be delivered by other means or a chain
infeed pusher flight conveyor for rigid products. The sealing
dies on the machine are adjustable for producing pouches from
2" to 7 1/2" or 14" O.D. in width, and from 3 1/2", 4 1/2" or
6 1/2" (depending upon product thickness) in length to infinite
lengths. Because of simple pouch size adjustments the machine
is particularly suited for short runs. With the web infeed, the
lower supply roll serves as the carrier of the products and in
production the parts to be packaged are deposited directly on the
moving web within designated marks effected in relation to the pouch length selected. With the chain infeed pusher flight
conveyor the product is placed in between pusher flight for de-
livery into the machine.
Pouch widths are adjusted by positioning the side sealing dies to
the width required. Pouch lengths are altered by change gears or
push button settings on an electronic counter.
Photo electric eye for registration of printed packaging material,
printers, coders, counters and other accessories for complementing
the packaging operation are available.

SUPPLEMENT FOR MODEL AH MACHINE
The above machine can process the available type packaging
material for both heat seal and cold seal mentioned in the
above at a rate of between 500" to 1000" per minute, depending on
material, and the final speed is determined by type of product
being packaged. The following is a partial list of items that
