Their partner is then required to spend TWO minutes telling the story back.4. It is important that the times are monitored and maintained. This will force students to use words efficiently and effectively in summarising what they have heard.5. Students are to now change partners and spend only ONE minute each summarising the story to their partner.

1. Explain to students that Activity 2 contains 20 mistakes. These mistakes are either misspelt or missing words, grammar mistakes, or words that do not make sense in the text.2. Students are to work in pairs to find and mark these mistakes in Activity 2.3. The correct version is provided below as well.
