Mandated & Exclusive search so as to identify the best talent in the industry for key strategic positions. Exhaustive search & mapping done to identify the next leaders for the organization.

Process followed:– We commission a fresh Search every time we start a new assignment, thereby furnishing an

updated market information on which our clients can base their strategic decisions related to recruitments.

– A comprehensive search process is followed at MTC for successful closure of the mandated assignments with defined SLA’s. After understanding the client’s requirement, competition mapping is done and key associates in similar profiles from the market are identified. The whole process ensures confidentiality; time bound efficiency and cost effectiveness.

– Potential candidates are identified and contacted to assess suitability and availability as well as interest.

– Thorough assessment is done so as to present the best candidates across to close the position. – Detailed report after the assessment is shared with the client along with the profile of the

shortlisted candidates. – A thorough and exacting reference check is conducted from superiors, peers, subordinates or other

relevant sources.

Commercials- Retained Search:- Professional Charges for each position: 25% of the Annual CTC.- Payable in 2 Retainers: 40% of the median value of billing while signing up for the position &

remainder on joining within 15 days on submission of the invoice.

Contingency Hiring

MTC partners with its clients to identify and recruit the best fit candidates for various positions across multiple geographies through an experienced domain specialized team.

Scope of Services:• Understanding the Job descriptions with multiple parameters• Sourcing, screening & Interviewing appropriate candidate profiles to meet the business

needs.• Market the competency of the company.• Based on short listing, co-ordinate interviews with the Company & the candidate.• Coordinate with Candidates and the Company to close the ‘offers’ and ensure selected

candidate’s joining the Company• Assessments & Reference checks as necessary.

Service Charges:The Service fees for the positions are paid upon the joining of the candidate within 15 days of raising the invoice. For all the candidates who are hired through MTC under this model, the professional fee would be as follows:Experience of Candidates

Recruiter Retainer Model

Dedicated Recruiters available full time for servicing requirements. Provisioning of necessary resources as needed to fulfilling the deliveries, commitments,

work assigned to the recruiters. Incl. Job site accesses, Paid LinkedIn accounts, etc. Monthly Retainer per recruiter: INR 50,000 – INR 200,000 {Based on requirements} No. of Dedicated recruiters: 1- 10 recruiters. Flat Fee per Closure of the Annual Fixed CTC of the candidate offered (10%-18% based

on position) Client to give 2 months of notice before discontinuing the permanent dedicated

resource. No direct access/poaching of employees by either party till a period of 2 years after the

end of the engagement.
