BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Page 4: Modern Trade Expert -New client introduction .

In Late 2013 Montecore Snacks Co., Ltd , producer of Highlands Jerky, was about to enter their first supermarket , Foodland. Being new in the industry, after negotiations, they received terms of 50,000 baht per SKU for entry.

Having only 100,000 abht left in the bank account and refusing to get a loan, it was impossible to enter the supermarket. This was when the team started to work with Modern Trade expert.

A month later, they entered Foodland successfully at nearly no cost, yet with all the development, Montecore snacks was -10000 baht in their company bank account after producing for the first order.

MTE, through connections, successfully asked foodland for a special order of 2400 units. Montecore Snacks then had enough bulk cash back in to the company to continue its operations today, to enter all high end supermarkets in the country, and never once had to make a loan.

1. as consultants to many businesses would like to bring together similar businesses to share human resources so that not only would you save costs and become more profitable, but so that you would have a more effective team to back up your operations.

2. They can only do one task at a time. Your admin can only process one document at a time, on days when you receive hundreds of orders at once, and your salesman can only visit one supermarket branch at a time. Why not let us team you up with businesses like yours and share costs of multiple employees. Why not have a team ready to process your orders in a matter of minutes when a 1000 orders come in at once, why not have multiple salesman visiting many more branches for the price of less than one employee.
