Project Facts Expected outputs:- > 1000 assessment exemplars- > 500 learning & teaching packs- > 500 online assessments- 1,775 websites mapped in Information Gateway- 74 Learner Guides in Information Gateway- started in August 2004 - due to complete on 30

September 2006- substantial amount of resources available through

project website

MSHNP comprises two major strands of activity

Assessments delivered and marked live over the web – no college installs required

Objective-type questions– MCQ, MRQ, Numerical, gapfill, re-ordering,

matching Outcome, Unit and final exam assessments Pre-moderated and guaranteed for delivery

Key Outputs

Summative e-assessments for Units in HNC/Ds

Staff trained in authoring and delivering e-assessments

Contribute to the development of a sustainable model for the production of e-assessments
