The design has distortion near the vertical wall as a resultof forming.In particular, markedly uneven forming parts
tend to cause distortion.

Currently issues
Currently, in this case, most companies usingforming systems have this issues.
1.Time - In order to correct distorted design,it is necessary to repeat trial and error.
2.Cost - It is necessary to make plates andto repeat forming several times,
for try and error.
3.Technique - In order to make designs which arenot distorted, manual adjustment isrequired using Illustrator, etc.

We thought that we can correct design byshift values of dots on previous formingand after forming using 1mm intervalmeshes.

This solution uses shift values, so repeatability is most important.
It is not suitable for vacuum forming which depend on environment.
We thought that we can correct design byshift values of dots on previous formingand after forming using 1mm intervalmeshes.

Time - You need one operation by software.
So,few adjustments by manual operation.
Cost - You need only a few adjustments,so the overall costs to make a design
is greatly reduced.
Technique - A decrease in trial and error
means a decrease in the labor.
As a result of use this solution....
So we developed the software named
ModiSign which has correction algorithm.6

Improvement of monochrome- We need expensive 3D scanner for scanning meshes untilnow, but we can also use flat scanner as below now.
Reduce aberration
- ModiSign use both previous and after meshes.So it will be compensate for aberration of scanner.
Support full color- ModiSign supports full color bitmap using same basis.
