Sending a Fax using an eMail client

1. Open your eMail client
2. Enter the Sirio server as recipient of the eMail
3. Select the fax recipient's fax number out of your contact list
4. Attach the desired documents to be sent as a fax
5. Send the eMail

Definition, which extensions should be recorded
The recordings are stored in VoiceMail boxes. It is possible to use different boxes for different
extensions.
Automatic start of the recording as soon as the connection is established.
Manual start by pressing a key on the telephone set (for IntelliGate: RedKey)
Listen the recordings in the VoiceMail administration (WebUI)
Listen the recordings like a VoiceMail user havin the features of the VoiceMail

Localizing
Alarm for localizing of DECT devices are initiated by the SafeGuard alarms
(Terminal Alarm Events), a RedKey or a Hotline call

Action:
1. First define and enter the measuring areas in the WebUI.
2. Enter the extension number of the DECT device to use and click "Start".
3. An ATAS message appears on the DECT's display saying to proceed to the first
measuring area.
4. To store the measuring points within this area press the Fox key "Read".
To increase the precision of the localization in this area, store several measuring
points.
To finish the measuring in this area, press the key "Next". Now the name of the
next area to be measured appears on the display.
All areas are measured this way.

HiPath ProCenter API
The HiPath ProCenter API is integrated in to the VoiceDesigner.
This function can not only be used to retrieve call information out of the ProCenter but also to
pass data into the ProCenter.
For example a caller gets a welcome text from the IVR and simultaneously he is queued into
the ProCenter.
The caller can exit the queue by pressing a key and go to a different call flow which gives
him the possibility to leave a message in a specific mailbox.
