ZipaTank™ is an innovative new approach to above ground slurry storage and leaching tanks that incorporates a modular design with a simple and robust joining mechanism to provide all the benefits of a traditional welded tank with lower costs, reduced installation times and far greater flexibility.
The ZipaTank™ consists of individual vertical tank panels that are sized for transport in conventional shipping containers. These panels are connected to the tank base and to each other using a lap plate mechanism that can be rapidly installed to form the tank shell. All ZipaTank™ components are designed to a minimum standard exceeding either API 650 or BS 2654 (1989) standards for above ground steel storage tanks.
Customized ZipaTank™ packages, includes the modular tank and baffles, modular panel lid, agitator and support structure, pumps and associated piping, instrumentation and transfer systems. HyperSparge™ gas injection systems can also be included.
