Three ways to add Items to the Quick Access Toolbar.
1. Click the Customize Toolbar button.
Select Quick Print.

2. View Excel Options.
Click the Options button.

Select the Quick Access Toolbar.
Select E-mail.

Click the Add >> button.
The Email option is now listed under Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
Click the OK button.

3. Right-click the Ribbon.
Select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

The Quick Lauch Toolbar now has Print, E-mail and Format buttons.
Right-click on the Status Bar.

You can then select menu items to delete or add to the bar.

The Excel Help window opens. Search for something...
Click Search.

You can either view one of the topics, or close the dialog box.

Select a cell.
Notice the information in the Name Box has changed.

Click back in cell A1.
The Name Box changes again.
