The structure which calculates the part amount that ordering is necessary by I calculate the gross weight of the part which I perform part development about the product with the production plan, and is necessary for production, and deducting effective stock quantities from there.(Wikipedia) One of the production control technique that the quantity of material indispensability plan is a factory, and is used. I am called MRP(Materials Requirements Planning). It is technique to plan production by material management. I develop the concept, and organization managing all resources necessary for the staff except the material, the production including facilities is called MRP2. Furthermore, it is ERP stock of the whole company, settlement, to have managed the assets (enterprise resource planning).

The quantity of indispensability = required amount Quantity of quantity of net indispensability = total

indispensability - (stock + order 残 ) The number of the quantity of net indispensability X

constitution of the quantity of total indispensability = parent of the child (number)

A unit to place an order for lot summary = and unit to prepare it

I do not perform a lot four lot = lot summary
